Im gonna give this petsmart five star because of two employees that really came through for me. Ben is a manager in the morning great guy helped me get my bearded dragon a new home and any questions I have he's on it! If he doesn't know he will let me know then lead me to where I can find out, this guy is a Rockstar! I do have to complain though about Robert this guy has been here a while and I understand he has a cane and isn't mobile and needs to stay at the register but this dude has a bit of an attitude problem when I ask him something he seems troubled and answer me quickly to get me out the door and gone, when no one else is in line. I had some fish die and because I bought them with points I can only get back about $0.30 cents so he gave me the choice of getting my new fish, which they didn't have and let him know that , so he shrugged his shoulders and suggested I go to a different petco which I did but because I used my points I would have to go back to that pet store and they suggest getting a water tested before getting new fish. Why didn't robert suggest this, why did robert throw his problems onto another's store on the other side of town an hour before the stores close ? I will say I did go in at 8pm which is not the greatest thing to do to people when they are almost ready to go home, but still they are not closed yet and I was sent from Anaheim to Bueno park. I called store the following day after and the superstar Ben picked up the phone answered all my questions and even gave some helpful advise to come in and get my water tested. So I came in after work around 6:30 pm and got helped by another all star Tracey this guy gave me great information with one of the best attitudes ive seen in a while, tested my water and told me that if I bring the fish he can take note and get my fish replaced once new stock became available letting me know they stock on Tuesday and he'd be there to help assist! So in the end 5 Stars even though one employee gave me a bad experience and fumbled the ball Ben and Tracey picked it up and gave me a great experience! Thank you Tracy and Ben I really appreciate you guys both and hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Staff member tifany is very rude to costumers , i went i for my dog training i let her know about my appointment and she said just to wait and the side 20 minutes went by when she still didn’t check the system to see if the appointment was canceled or anything , it turns out she open a class but didn’t notify the trainers about it, she didn’t not care at all instead she left for her lunch and gave such a terrible costumer service , i hope something can be done about this to be more professional, kind and respectful.

Inconsistent grooming. $94 and a text message saying my dog is scared and still damp. I come to pick her up after 1 hour. They told me depending on how she does it could be 2 hours. So I stayed around and drop by to find out she’s in a kennel dryer. I’m sorry for $94 AND you ask for a tip? I’m very disappointed with a kennel dryer like what even is that? She’s not aggressive at all. They straight up refuse to take the time to calm her down and dry her properly for $94?????? I’m appalled honestly. Never returning for grooming.

Clean, tidy, and we'll managed staff were friendly they sadly didn't have any pets at the time I was going, like nothing, no rodents, no birds, no cats, no lizards or snakes which is a bit surprising but they have a well range of fish
