  Two stars because I'll still go there to get my dog's care stuff but I will NEVER use their grooming services again. Shelley, as sweet as she is, has no clue what she is doing. Maybe she's used to grooming short haired dogs, or maybe she was overwhelmed because the woman after me checked in 3 huge and unbehaved dogs, but I don't care. I paid over $100 for this service and my dog came out looking terrible! He looked like he wasn't bathed at all. His phanny and private area were not trimmed, he pee pee was still dirty! His eyes weren't trimmed and he still had gunk in his eyes. His shave was terrible, mismatched lengths where you can tell an amateur shaved him, kind of like when I try shaving him myself at home. In between his paw pads were never shaved down properly. She didn't even trim his nails! I promise you, all she did was spray him with some smell good and butcher his fur in a few areas. Maybe this petco is used to servicing short haired dogs, as I said before, or maybe they hire anyone for a groomer here at Tucson's Petcos. But the quality of the work did not match the price. And I say this as someone who used only Petco grooming services in Los Angeles before moving here. See photos for reference. If you have a fluffy dog or a dog with a lot of fur, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.

  This is the second time the same Groomer did not know how to give my Yorkies a haircut. One of my Yorkies came back with hair of different length, shaved a different blades on her legs, one nail done, one nail, not done and her feet pads the hair was not removed. Her ears are all of different lengths and she basically looks like she was chopped up with a scissor second Yorkie was a little bit better, but Nails and Hair left by the anal area. I am contacting corporate since this is the second time it happened at this location. If I was allowed to give no stars, I wouldn’t have no stars for this location

  The only place I go for my fur baby's TLC. They're, patient, understanding, make suggestions as needed and are always upbeat

  Norse and Soul are always treated very well. It will always be their grooming place. As the Ladies spoil them during their SPA moments :)
