I had take my dog to the groomers for years now but never has it taken 4 hours to Groomer my small dog. 3 hours later I walking in to check to see how things were going since i had not got a text she was ready. I told the groom I had another appointment and that I didn't believe it was going to take that long and that I had to go. When I took her she looked like crap uneven hair cut mishaped hair everywhere just a mess. I will never bring her back to that location again or with that Groomer... bad review...
