Really high pressure sales, expensive prices.. and the guy said if I signed up for some monthly thing it'd be 50% off but it wasn't it was only 15% and now I'm locked into some stupid monthly thing. You know the salesman was really nice and all that but he even stopped in the middle of ringing my order up to try and continue selling me products. So I called the 877 number and I got a very nice woman in another country that couldn't understand English! so you guys don't give a rat's ass about your customers! I mean seriously calling the 877 number talking to a really nice woman that couldn't understand English seriously???

I had to exchange 5 cans of kitten food for a different flavor… the original purchase was made with a 20% off coupon and the store honored that discounted price for the replacement cans

Placed an order for delivery, I needed very large Net , there was one for 30.00 online so I got it. I placed the order at 1:45 and it was not delivered yet at 5:45pm so I called CS , they called the store and spoke to them and also checked to make sure they were filling the order and getting it out before they close for the day , ended up I called at 7:30pm from still not getting the order I told them I needed it really bad to get some sick fish out of 300 gallon tank , and if needed I could find a ride and come get the items I ordered , well the items got to me at 8:30pm and store was closed they had sent me like a supper Tiny guppy size net that sells for $4.99 not the very large net they charged me the 30. Bucks for . I feel like the people who filled the order did it on purpose! Also 3 of my fish died from not being able to catch them , very mad and not sure if I will ever buy or deal with the company ever again ! Also this is the second time I have had issue with same day delivery from them ! Very poor order handling and customer service , we have spent a lot of money with them over the past few years buying fresh water & saltwater fish to support our local stores ..
