- DMDanielle MApr 27, 20262.0I understand things are busy sometimes but just about every time I go here, I stand at the fish tanks waiting for 20 minutes + typically before I finally go physically seek out someone to help me. Tonights experience got me upset. I spend SO much money here... I waited about 15 mins at the fish tanks for someone to help me and nobody came, there were two employees at the cash registers standing there talking to one another when I went up to see what was going on. I was frustrated so I just asked what time they close in case I wanted to come back, and went to the store on Broadway instead. Well I get back and mistakenly I had thought she said they close at 9, but it's 8. So I walk in at 7:55 to go ahead and purchase that 1 fish that I was standing there waiting on the half an hour prior, and the lady who greets me at the door the same one who told me what time they close tells me no because they are closing in 5 minutes. The store was still open for business and it was a 3 minute task to catch the fish. I used to work at petsmart and I would stand there for sometimes 15 minutes after closing to make sure that the customers who were in the store before closing got to complete their purchase. This store was still open and that's why employees have half an hour to an hour AFTER the store officially closes to get all their closing tasks done. Rant over. I'm just tired of this locations shenanigans.
