  Helpful and good quality crickets. Had to wait forever at competition so always come here. Got a healthy bearded dragon here too.

  I'd rate the visit to the 22nd Petco store as a one star. It was much smaller than I expected.Pet sections were not labeled.I had to wander to find the cat section.The aisles were not accurately labeled. Item tags on shelves were hard to read.I found 2 employees, one leaving, chatting with cashier. The other, the cashier.I asked to what a sale sign meant with "Excludes Cases." She said a case is multiple items in a package. That meant all treats are considered to be in a case, and thus sign is misleading and NO treats were actually on sale-I'll have to check my receipt. She offered me a PerksPlus account that would cost $300 per year, details were confusing & prices already felt high. At the end she did loan me a cart to take outside the store (the second cart had no vertical pole to prevent theft). I have trouble walking-No offer to assist loading car. (weeks before @ Broadway store, employee carried out much smaller amount of items). Overall, probably won't shop with Petco in the future. Feels disorganzied, cluttered, with confusing pricing.

  Great selection of Products, Cashier (Michael) was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgable. He made me feel welcome and secure with my purchase.

  When my normal exotic store is closed and im out of dubia roaches i get a little thing from here. I get the medium pack cause the large only has around 8 but the mediums are damn near xs dubias. I mine as well just get the larger pack of the small roaches since they are the same size and i would get more.
