  Bought superworms and dubia roaches. Both were good and healthy. Will definitely be purchasing more again in the future.

  Employes are friendly and always helpful. Organized store . Unfortunately didn't carry the vets recommendation of a special brand of dog food I needed had to go elsewhere but did make an appointment for my dog at grooming center for a shampoo , nails clipped and buffed . Most petcos are great and this location is as well.

  I went to return a harness and was told store credit only after being told 30 day returns. I bought the first harness, exchanged it for a different size literally two days later. The harness itself ended up just not being a good fit even after changing sizes. Again next day brought it back and now its sorry only store credit because the other cashier didnt return it but exchanged it. Will not be coming back. Worth going to Petsmart their customer service is much better.

  My husband and I came into the Houghton location today looking for some snails for our saltwater tank. We frequent this location pretty often and normally have a positive experience. Today was not one of those days. We asked the aquatics specialist (who I believe is the aquatics manager) about a specific type of snail and it seemed like we were inconveniencing her by asking. When he asked her to take a look at the tank they we’re suppose to be in she just stood where she was and said “whatever is in the tank is what we have” didn’t even bother to look in the tank or assist us in anyway. When he asked if they were planning on getting anymore in she just said “I don’t know”. It’s the fact that she was so unwilling to help us at all that really caught us off guard. I understand that people may have their “off” days but the way she acted was totally unacceptable. Very disappointing.
