  Absolute Horror! Took our pedigree English Bulldog to Petco Grooming Service at Rita Ranch in Vail/Tucson next to the Walmart in preparation for a child's birthday party pet show and tell. After we got our dog home it was noticed that his bodily movements indicated multiple injuries. Upon closer inspection the tell-tale signs of not only a violent dog fight appeared, but Petco employees actually hid the facts to conceal their negligence, they 'applied a cosmetics cover up' and just gave us back our dog without mentioning a word of the incident, nor did Petco take our dog to any of the 3 very close-by licensed vet offices for medical care. Our prize dog had bite injuries to both of his front paws, his shoulder, his back directly over the spine, and his flanks. Negligence, deception, denial of medical treatment, and utter lack of compassion for live animals are the business model of this Petco, this is not only a civil damages issue but is criminal behavior if the victim had been a human being.

  Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. Cassandra was working and was super rude. Not only was she rude, she wasn’t knowledgeable about aquariums/fish and proceeded to give me false information. I haven’t encountered someone so disrespectful and impolite ever. So I called the manager, Amber. Spoke with Amber who was nice but yet had no resolution. For being a manager, I was quite disappointed by the lack of proposed solutions. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
