Not only was she rude, she wasn’t knowledgeable about aquariums/fish and proceeded to give me false information. I haven’t encountered someone so disrespectful and impolite ever. So I called the manager, Amber. Spoke with Amber who was nice but yet had no resolution. For being a manager, I was quite disappointed by the lack of proposed solutions. I just hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Staff like Megan & Andrew always take the time to give personal attention to our questions and offer practical recommendations. Recently picked up some supplies for my betta setup, and everything went smoothly. Store is well-stocked, clean, and convenient. Highly recommend!

I took the family to this location and we ended up having to walk out because the manager and her employee were having a very loud and very inappropriate conversation. Fine for a bar on the Southside, not so much for a family oriented retail shop. Bought my $500 worth of fish supplies elsewhere. Vote with your feet people.
- KSKristen StarMay 28, 20265.0Everyone was very friendly and very understanding and helpful, I loved the vibes in this place and I felt welcomed in here with my dogs, excellent service and excellent hospitality, you don’t feel that in a lot of places now days anymore. I wish more places would be welcoming with your dogs. This place was awesome and it was my first time going in there with my dogs and I got excellent service. I will definitely go back.
