  All the saltwater fish were not for sale , was told they were sick , kind of funny since you sell fish and walk out the door no warranty no matter what! 98% of the time there are sick fish in the system , I know what I am buying and getting into would only pic fish that I think could make to my home , I treat all fish I buy no matter what ! I make sure I never get any sick fish put into my system, should be different for expert level marine hobbyists, I think there was fish I could of purchased and would make it in my own environment and will probably die in the store system , there was fish being treated with others that could not take the medication that they were putting in the system and will 100% die , kind of stupid that you let unknowing staff mess with the water & medication, was told they were putting meds in and yet there was sea anemone’s in the tank for sale that were sick and dying from the medication they put in the system ( but had sign saying not for sale ) slow death from medication used wrongly

  I was in the store for about 15 minutes and could not find one sales person so I put my things down and walked out.

  I went to Petco for their free sample Market and to pick up some different cat food. I got the best customer service ever, very helpful. Cats love their new food

  I have my first pet and brought them here for vaccines. I had a lovely experience. I will be shopping here and continuing to get other services because of the wonderful employees I encountered. They were so kind to me and my pet.

  I cannot say enough good things about the entire grooming department at this Petco. My Bernedoodle has extreme anxiety, and after trying more than 15 different grooming locations, this is the first place that truly took the time to understand him instead of turning us away. The whole team has been patient, kind, and incredibly accommodating. They made extra time for his check-in, helped keep his routine consistent, and worked with him at his own pace. Because of that, his anxiety has improved so much and he is now actually comfortable coming in. Alyssa deserves a special mention because she has been absolutely incredible with toodles. She has such a calm, gentle way with anxious dogs and has earned his trust in a way no one else has. She truly is a dog whisperer. We are so grateful for everyone in the grooming department and highly recommend this location, especially for anyone with a nervous or anxious dog.
