- BDBri DMar 24, 20261.0Been coming to the PetSmart for six years. They double charged me $70 and claimed that they could not refund me. They said they were reaching out to customer service on their behalf and promised I would get a refund within four Weeks. It’s been almost 7 weeks and nothing has turned up. I had to escalate the situation further only to find out that no one from PetSmart ever reached out about a refund for me. The worker at the store said that I as a customer had to reach out to customer service to get this settled, but no one told me that again or gave me a phone number. I was promised the refund would be coming so the management just straight by up lied to me. Then when I reached out to customer service, they said that the store should have been able to process the refund no problem. Not an apology was given not a care was given. And I have not yet heard anything from the manager, very disappointed with Alexis, the manager and the whole staff at PetSmart. AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND OF $70.
