  Unclean, dead animals and staff overworked. Not the poor cashiers fault at all.

  The bird cages were horribly taken care of. The poor cockatiel should never look that dirty. Ive raised many and even feeding bird formula they weren't dirty like that. I understand there is only so much space but it is just not enough. Not only the birds almost every animal enclosure EXCEPT the fish were looking pitiful. Water bowls in cages that shouldn't ever have them. Animals with the wrong substrates. Someone needs to really get onto the employees about taking care of the animals than chatting at the front. It was really hard to see. The only employee I saw that actually looked like that they were caring for the animals and it showed was the girl taking care of the fish.

  Always a great store to go to and its super close to my house.

  Not being able to take the carts out if the store is inconvenient. I sometimes but 2 large bags and 1 medium.

  i needed a product that would help my cat pass furballs instead of vomiting them up. i had seen several items on the website but couldn’t find anything in the store. i was getting increasingly frustrated and asked a young man working the register. we went back to places i had already looked and i kept saying “i’ve already looked here!”rather rudely. (I was just really upset and worried about my cat). Instead of saying “sorry, lady”, he kept his friendly demeanor until he found it on a nearby shelf. i must say that he displayed maturity and patience beyond his years and i apologized and told him how grateful I was that he hadn’t given up. that’s customer service you don’t get that often these days and i was impressed.
