  5 Stars and more! The grooming salon has drastically improved. I had such a pleasant...or should I say my fur baby had such a great time with Christina! I will definitely be rebooking with her. My baby came out looking so fresh, clean, and happy as can be. Wonderful job Christina!

  i needed a product that would help my cat pass furballs instead of vomiting them up. i had seen several items on the website but couldn’t find anything in the store. i was getting increasingly frustrated and asked a young man working the register. we went back to places i had already looked and i kept saying “i’ve already looked here!”rather rudely. (I was just really upset and worried about my cat). Instead of saying “sorry, lady”, he kept his friendly demeanor until he found it on a nearby shelf. i must say that he displayed maturity and patience beyond his years and i apologized and told him how grateful I was that he hadn’t given up. that’s customer service you don’t get that often these days and i was impressed.

  Very disappointed with the return policy!! I purchased three cans of dog food using a Petco $10 coupon. One of the cans of dog food had expired earlier this year. The clerk checked the shelf and every can of that brand/selection of dog food had expired. I asked to exchange for another brand, not expired dog food, same price on that prior coupon. The clerk said I would have to make up the difference for the new can. One would think that the store would allow me to exchange for a non expired can of dog food, same price. I am starting to question why I shop at Petco.

  Followed Groomer Gina over here from a different Petco because she knows my pup so well. Remy always comes out of her grooming sessions happy and soft, and Gina takes good care of her if we need a little more time to come pick her up. If you're looking for a new pet groomer, you can't go wrong with Petco Wetmore.
