- PWPatricia W.Oct 7, 20265.0The veterinarian and her assistant were awesome. My dog had a couple medical issues and they diligently took care of them. I normally don’t go to the Banfield on Irvington, but they were highly satisfactory for me. Thanks for taking care of my dog.
- MMMarlaOct 7, 20264.0My dogs were dropped off at 0800 which was a hour wait to check them in for their dental cleaning. The vet called me to pick them up 1618 to pick them up. I live an hour and 15 minutes from the office. I got there at 1730. It would be nice if they could be on the list to get their teeth cleaned earlier so I can make it there in time before you close. It makes me have to rush to get there in time. Ping was really out of it until the next morning. Queenie never stopped whining and crying until late in the evening that night. I think being in the kennels so long traumatized them. Overall it was an ok visit just wish they could have went into surgery sooner. I love your office the staff and Vets are wonderful. I think sometimes you guys are just too busy. The front desk computers are always freezing up which delays check in and out harder. The staff doesn’t have time to be messing with that constantly. It must be frustrating for you and definitely for me.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
