Our dog, Mr Oogie Boogie, gets very happy at sound of the Lyft bc he knows he's knows he's going to visit the veterinary team at Banfield. Everyone greets him and treats him like he's the most special boy. From regular checkups to emergency visits, he always goes with a smile on his face & a excited waggy tail for all the vets and techs at the Tucson SW Banfield location. He's been a patient there since he was adopted from PACC & we couldn't be happier with his treatment both medically & socially. They saved our cat years ago, as well. Our poor kitty ran into a cholla cactus & had spines in places we didn't know he had. They pulled every single one out and made him comfortable while doing so. We're very grateful to them all and highly recommend! Our Fur Baby does as well! Thank you for being a part of our family's health and wellness!

I scheduled an injury appointment online for my pet’s eye after he was scratched by another animal. This clinic was over an hour away, but it was the only one showing availability, so I made the drive. When I arrived, I was told they “tried contacting me” and couldn’t see my pet—but I have no missed calls, voicemails, or emails (including spam). If online appointments aren’t actually confirmed bookings, that needs to be clearly communicated. Turning someone away after they’ve driven that far with an injured pet, based on a contact attempt that never reached them, is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. The overall level of professionalism was extremely poor, and the customer service left much to be desired. Staff members appeared disorganized, frequently interrupted conversations, and did not take customer concerns seriously. Communication among employees seemed unprofessional, with personal matters being discussed openly in front of clients, which created an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. Some staff members were loud and dismissive, and there was a noticeable lack of respect when interacting with both customers and colleagues. The management did not seem to address these issues, which contributed to the negative experience. I would strongly encourage the business to invest in better staff training, improved communication, and a more professional approach to customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment and I will take my money elsewhere.
