  Just had a horrible experience here. Had appointment. Dropped off my dog. Was to have 2 shots and nails done. 3 hrs later I get a call they cant do it. They asked if I wanted to reschedule? Lol. Went to get my dog who was stuffed in a cage with other dogs barking incrediblely loud. My dog has NEVER been caged. I even asked them if they needed help to gold her for these procedures. I wasted a days work to take her to get her shots. Beyond frustrated. Take your business elsewhere please

  We've been going to Banfield since June for our cat Taz. They diagnosed her conditions quickly, set up a treatment plan, and enrolled us in their Optimum wellness plan. That plan has made her care much more affordable. They care about their patients and it shows.

  Very friendly staff and doctors. We been taking our chihuahua here for years now. We have another location closer to home but choose to go here for the staff. They also keep the place very clean. They take care of all our pets needs.

  When I walked in the desk worker was typing something in the system. Apparently it was dry information for his pet and, the process of getting the information in the new system was difficult. I stood in front if the desk worker fir 10 minuts she never look up or said she be with me in a moment. When she asked who we were she did not look at us. Once doing the check in process. Checking out was not as plesent as any previous appointment in the past. Her hair was covering her name tag so I don't have a name for you. I was disappointed with the service.

  I want to start by saying that my first and second experience with this Banfield was nothing short of amazing and respectful and professional. I brought my dogson in and even signed up for the wellness plan my first day there. Unfortunately Monday when I called to get a prescription for him, I was met with a very rude toned lady by the name of Laura. She questioned me about why my dog needed the certain medication and if he’s ever even been on it(which I had already told her) and if I had ever even been to Banfield before. I didn’t even get a chance to tell her we had a wellness plan before she said “Well he has to be seen before anything else”. I understand that. But her tone and the way she spoke to me was pretty unprofessional. Almost like she was annoyed I was even calling. She told me she would call me back. She called back the next day to tell me the meds were ready and I asked if she could tell me the price and she said “Actually no I can’t. I’d have to call you back again.” So I responded with okay that’s fine I suppose and she just said okay and hung up. It honestly made me unsure of coming back if it meant I had to go through her again. She seemed very much like she was annoyed with me and annoyed with even answering the phone. I did end up coming to get my prescription but in the future I really hope I don’t have to go through her again. If she was having a bad day, okay fine, but it still shouldn’t have resulted in her having a rude tone with me over me just getting meds for my dog.
