- DCDevin CrumSep 1, 20265.0Can I give more than 5 stars? I had to put my childhood dog down yesterday, she was 18. This place and the people here exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I brought my dog in with her dog bed and 2 stinky blankets. After everything was done, they asked if I wanted the blankets. I said that I did, but the woman could tell that I was hesitant to take them off of her body. She offered to wash the bed and blankets for me. I was absolutely amazed by this and grateful beyond words. Today when I came to get the blankets, they also gave me a handwritten card with my dog's paw prints inside. You guys, I can't tell you how much this meant to me. I'm not just grateful that you were willing to help give my dog mercy when she needed it, but that you also went the extra mile in caring for me. I was expecting you to help my dog, but I wasn't expecting you to help me like you did. I wish I could express my gratitude in a more tangible, meaningful way, but for now I'll just leave this review and recommend this facility to anyone who needs to say goodbye to their pet. Thank you so so much, 500 gold stars.

As a previous manager at Harrahs Casino, the whole experience from being greeted at the front desk (Bobby) & all of the techs that I had contact with and Dr Davis all showed amazing customer service skills. I felt like they were truly concerned about my boy, Nash! Thank you so much for helping a very frightened fur baby's mama!

They waited 4 hours after I gave my cat her chill medicine to even take a look at her, and by then the medicine had worn off. They had her in a dark room for HOURS until they even got to her, and my appointment was at 11am. They then rushed us to come get her because they were closing (at 5pm). I even have a wellness plan. Terrible experience DO NOT go here.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
