  super nice staff and very friendly vet! had to do a walk in appointment and was able to book it no problem and get the first exam initially free.

  LOVE ,Love, Love Dr Davis! As a previous manager at Harrahs Casino, the whole experience from being greeted at the front desk (Bobby) & all of the techs that I had contact with and Dr Davis all showed amazing customer service skills. I felt like they were truly concerned about my boy, Nash! Thank you so much for helping a very frightened fur baby's mama!

  The vet tech didn’t know what she was doing at all. They waited 4 hours after I gave my cat her chill medicine to even take a look at her, and by then the medicine had worn off. They had her in a dark room for HOURS until they even got to her, and my appointment was at 11am. They then rushed us to come get her because they were closing (at 5pm). I even have a wellness plan. Terrible experience DO NOT go here.

  My dog Itsy always receives such good care and attention from the Banfield vet and staff. Our vet gave us medication for the 4th of July because Itsy has a tough time with the fireworks. Itsy did great! It was such a relief!

  Pros: 1. The vet tech Bobby was absolutely incredible. I got more useful information from him than the vet I initially saw. Bobby was caring, understanding, and really took his time with all the questions I had. I saw Bobby twice and both times he was extremely helpful. I could tell that he truly cares. 2. There was another doctor that I spoke with over the phone by the name of Dr. Legway or Pathway. I am sorry if I am not saying the name right. But she was also very helpful too. She was not the vet I iniitally saw but when I called in for other medications she was right on it and gave us the meds we needed to make our pet feel comfortable until he passed on. She also answered questions we had. 3. The vet I initially saw which was Dr. Radha Varadharjan. She said she gave us a free ultrasound. They didn't have to do that so that was very nice of them. Cons: 1. Dr. Radha Varadharjan informed us our dog had a very large tumor on his spleen. She informed us that she was pushing on his abdomen to the point my dog flinched. With those types of tumors they are very fragile and can burst with jumping, barking, and even walking. My dogs gums were very white which showed internal bleeding, but at the time she chalked it up to dehydration. Since we thought he was dehydrated, we bought the IV fluid for him which we didnt need. She also hinted at putting him down that day which we were not ready for. She insisted that we put him to sleep on a good day. I also mentioned if we could get him a steroid for his pain and she said no because it could start affecting other organs. When I talked to my friend that is a vet tech they said that he needs to be put on a steroid. When I called back and told her my friends a vet tech and what she said, she changed her story and said she didnt want to put him on a steroid because he would be eating, drinking, and urinating more often. That didn't make any sense because my dog wasn't eating or drinking so to see him eat and drink would be a good sign. After pushing her to give us the steroid, she finally prescribed it to him days later. After 24 hours on the steroid, my dog was like his old self. He was eating and drinking and urinating more, however we would take that over not eating and drinking at all. The steroid allowed him to have another month with us and he had more good days than bad days. I am just frustrated that the meds that made him feel better were meds she didn't want to give him. She was pushing on his tumor which was extremely fragile which could have caused more internal bleeding. And the white gums she dismissed as dehydration was in fact internal bleeding. I felt like she could have been more empathetic about the situation.
