  The groomers are exceptional they did a great job with both of my dogs However Diane at the front desk is Incompetent in a complete basket case. Her inability to answer the most basic questions are shocking.

  First time ever bringing my puppy to the groomers. The staff was great. I was immediately welcomed in by a sweet lady and she was so nice to my puppy and my daughter too. My puppy was comfortable with the staff and I loved the updated photos we received during the appointment. She left looking great. They even cut the hair around my puppies paws after cutting her nails even though I didn’t even mention that. So sweet of them to do that. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to everyone the experience was so smooth.

  Best grooming service in the area. They really care and listen to you. They also give you updates which I LOVE. ❤️ I will be a regular here moving forward!

  We were referred here by a friend. While the facility appears clean, staff friendly and the grooming satisfactory, there were no precautions for multiple dogs entering the check-in desk, causing needless stress for dogs and owners. This was the most I’ve ever spent on a grooming. And to request a tip before seeing your dog and the completed groom seemed presumptuous to me. Last, everything seems to be run by AI—text reminders, text updates during the grooming process and rescheduling. This place might be too expensive for us.
