Bought dog food yesterday only to bring it home and find moths and larvae in the food. Used available points to purchase. When I brought the food back to exchange, I was told I would have to pay full price as it would take some time for the points to be put back. Was not happy. Why couldn’t there have simply been a straight exchange?? What happened to customer first instead of inconvenience based upon a flawed IT system??

Wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent support and guidance we received from Cierra this evening. She was so helpful in guiding us to make a great cat food selection based on nutrition and our budget. She really went above and beyond and when we emphasized our appreciation in the moment she simply said “of course, it’s my job” in a proud, friendly, and gracious manner. Please recognize the outstanding service she is providing and also her very upbeat demeanor at the end of a long day. (It was nearly closing time and she was spriteful, patient and kind.)

Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was dog sitting and needed some things and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the cashier was.

I was so impressed with Easton’s grooming skills! I brought my rescue poodle mix in who was definitely very timid. Easton stayed in the lobby just sitting with him until he was comfortable enough to be taken back. His cut was exactly what we wanted and Easton asked a ton of great questions to ensure we got the groom we wanted. Overall a great experience and would recommend Easton! He was so great with our fearful rescue.
