  From start to finish, excellent care. Staff goes over and above making sure your pet is comfortable and enjoys the experience. Clean, happy environment. My dog pranced out the door with a gorgeous clean coat looking so handsome and so proud. A fun spa day!

  We really loved the convenience of this location and, at first, things seemed to be going well. Unfortunately, a series of issues eventually led us to cancel our service. It started with a clipped ear. Accidents happen, and we understood that. Then there were repeated missed nail trimmings that we were paying for. Those issues were frustrating, but not enough on their own to make us leave. The final incident was much more serious. We dropped our little guy off with no health concerns. When we picked him up, his right eye was closed and he was blinking excessively. We took him to the veterinarian and learned that his cornea had been scratched or poked by a sharp object, and he had a hemorrhage beneath the eye. He was completely fine when he arrived and injured when he left. I called Bowie Barker to report what the veterinarian found. I was told that management would review the camera footage and call me back. That call never came. For us, the issue is not the $500 veterinary bill. It is not the missed nail trims. It is the lack of accountability, communication, follow through, or even a sincere apology. Our pets are family. When something happens to them in your care, we expect honesty, concern, and a willingness to address the situation. To make matters worse, when I later called to cancel, I was told our subscription had supposedly been canceled in May, yet charges were still appearing in June. The convenience of the location initially kept us coming back, but we ultimately learned that convenience is not always the best reason to trust someone with your pets. We cannot recommend this business based on our experience.

  Such a great experience with my dog. Fantastic staff , helpful , kind and great with dogs . Mine can be difficult but they never made me feel that way . He won’t let me cut his nails but Bowie Barker made it happen 🫶 Love the girl at the front desk !
