    Felt a level of dishonesty when it came to the price after picking up my dog 4 and a half hours later I was met with a bill containing services I never requested and were shocked about the lack of transparency and communication I will certainly never be returning especially when the cut was very half assed and they seems reluctant to even do the services as they felt it was not what my dog needed as if it’s your decision to make 😂

    This place is an absolute sanctuary for puppies! If you have a high-energy pup who usually finds the grooming chair a challenge, this is your destination. The groomers here are true professionals; they approach every session with incredible patience and a gentle touch, ensuring that even the most hyperactive dogs feel calm and cared for. The quality of their work is nothing short of top-shelf—your puppy won't just look great, they'll look show-ready. I cannot recommend them highly enough; if you want the gold standard of grooming for your furry friend, this is it!

    DO NOT bring your pet here. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had with a grooming business. We paid $105 for a half-done haircut, an extremely stressful experience for our dog, and rude, unprofessional treatment from the staff. The issue was never the price or even the wait time — it was the attitude and lack of professionalism. We were told the grooming would take 2–3 hours, but after 4 hours our dog still wasn’t finished. We stopped by in person around the 2-hour mark to check on him and were met with eye rolls and dismissive attitudes instead of basic customer service. Later, at around the 3.5-hour mark, we called twice for an update and both calls went straight to voicemail. What upset us most was how our dog was treated. We specifically explained that he gets nervous during grooming but has never been aggressive. While waiting, we overheard staff in the back making rude comments about how “loud” he was crying. Our dog is very friendly and rarely reacts that way around strangers, which made the situation even more concerning. Instead of showing patience or empathy, the staff acted annoyed and dismissive of our concerns. This business charges more than many competitors, takes longer, and delivers significantly worse customer service. Picking up our dog was incredibly uncomfortable due to the staff’s rude and unprofessional behavior. We will absolutely not be returning and will be warning friends and family to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and take your pet somewhere they’ll be treated with care and respect.

    DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOTH YOU AND YOUR PUPPY! They are MORE expensive than their competitors, more unprofessional, and take longer to get your dog’s hair cut… honestly go ANYWHERE else! For us it wasn’t the price or the length of time it took to cut our pets hair… it was how ABSOLUTELY unacceptably ridiculously rude their customer service was. We are NEVER going to pay $105 again to get a half done haircut on our pup with a side of rolled eyes and unprofessional behavior. Never before have I had such worse customer service than I have had when bringing my pet here. The staff here are rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly un-empathetic. They misquoted us on time (said it’d take 2-3 hours but it took 4), then when we went in person at the two hour mark to see where our dog was in the process, were met with unpleasant and unacceptable attitudes. At the 3 1/2 hour mark we called again TWICE, but both times the phone went straight to voicemail. They were rude about our dog who was very nervous. We heard other groomer in the back making comments about how “loud our dog was crying”… our dog is VERY friendly and never cries around strangers! We advised them that he does get nervous get groomed but is never aggressive or angry, they rolled their eyes and couldn’t care less about our concerns. Their unprofessional and rude behavior made picking up our dog very uncomfortable. They are MORE expensive than their competitors, more unprofessional, and take longer to get your dog’s hair cut… honestly go ANYWHERE else! We will do everything in our power to steer our friendly and family away from this location. Do yourself a favor and go get your loved pet’s hair cut elsewhere!

    This was our third time bringing our dog to this grooming salon, and after this experience, it will absolutely be our last. After our previous visit, we were told our dog had bled from scratching at the kennel because of anxiety. Because of that, we specifically called ahead before this appointment to explain our concerns and make sure the staff was aware of his anxiety. We also reiterated it again at drop-off that morning. On top of that, we intentionally booked him right at opening time so he could hopefully get in and out quicker and avoid sitting there stressed for hours. Instead, the entire experience was frustrating, upsetting, and handled with a complete lack of compassion for both our dog and us as customers. We dropped him off first thing in the morning and then heard absolutely nothing for 4.5 hours. Two hours into the appointment, my husband walked in to check on our pup because we were already concerned, and he was met with cold, unfriendly customer service. Around the 4-hour mark — well past the 2–3 hour estimate we were given — I called twice and nobody answered the phone either time. At that point, we were genuinely worried something was wrong, so we rushed over to the salon.  While driving there, we finally received a text saying he would “be ready soon.” When we arrived, the poor customer service continued. Nobody greeted us with kindness or urgency despite our visibly upset dog who was crying and trying to get to us. One staff member literally walked right past him at first while he was tangled in the tether they had him attached to because of his anxiety. Instead of quickly reuniting him with us, we were left awkwardly standing there while our stressed dog cried. Our dog is the sweetest pup who loves everyone, yet he received the worst service. When we finally got him back, we were told they couldn’t complete his full haircut because of his anxiety. We completely understand safety comes first and knew this was a possibility going into the appointment. What was unacceptable was the complete lack of empathy, care, and professionalism in how it was communicated. The entire interaction felt dismissive, awkward, and honestly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, we could hear a staff member talking about our dog from inside the grooming area about how loud he was crying. A This appointment was far too expensive for the level of service we received. Long wait times can happen, but zero communication, ignored phone calls, cold customer service, and a clear lack of compassion are unacceptable. We trusted this salon with our dog despite concerns from the previous visit, and instead of feeling reassured, we left feeling frustrated, upset, and guilty for leaving him there. We will never bring our dog back here due to the lack of professionalism, high price, and ridiculous time.
