  I felt so TOTALLY DISCRIMINATED Against!!! Whilst trying to schedule a pickup order and utilize some coupons due to these trying times we are all facing, especially financially, I called ahead to see if they could allow for me to pay for them in person since I am not able physically to walk around the store due to a bad back that also matches the handicap license plates on my car. The manager, or the person that stated they were the manager was beyond rude and referred me back to the Petco.com website that actually tells customers to call ahead for assistance. Wow. All I was trying to purchase was 2 SMALL Arm and Hammer litter bags and 1 SMALL World's Best Litter bag. The rep at Petsmart had no issue with my issue of not being able to walk far. The problem was, is that they don't carry the specific Arm and Hammer litter for 2 of the coupons. Fry's was able to do so, got the sale, and their employee got tipped. I will never shop at Petco again. Although they are cheaper than both of the other aforementioned companies, THEY ARE NOT INCLUSIVE at all, if you have a disability. 20 years of loyalty has ended with this final experience.

  The team here is great. It was my dogs first time getting vaccines and she took it like a champ. The Vetco team helped keep her calm while doing the blood draw which helped a lot. Then later in the week she went to get her nails done and she was such a good girl with the groomers. We will definitely be back to this Petco.

  Told my wife they were going to shave my dog because of his fir? Excuse me? Who do you think you are? I will be taking this all the way to corporate. You will never receive my money again. How dare you threaten my wife.

  I bought a cleaner shrimp from their facility, and it was dead within two hours of getting home. The drive was only 10 minutes, and I tested the bag water before beginning drip acclimation. The parameters in that water were terrible. My aquarium parameters were stable, and I had checked them before purchasing the animal. Despite attempting to drip acclimate for an hour, the shrimp didn’t make it. I’m honestly surprised it even survived the trip home.
