- TATAMMY ARFAOUI2 days ago2.0No appt fee Vetco Petco svc, they really need to do a better job of disclosing hidden fees, $17.99 per puppy rabies shot ala carte (3 pups total) is excessive! Had no idea the cost of $39 Rabies vaccine didnt include this until I got to the register "AFTER" they were already given! Material disposal fee, for $17.99 a shot, pretty sure that covers the brand new sharps bucket AND hauling away at end of day, and per dog? Crazy! Was not properly nor obviously disclosed!

NO HELP, its hot outside my dogs are overheating IM overheating the employees do not even hold open a door or acknowledge me. they looked at me and treated me like i was crazy , the employees refused to even help hold ONE DOG that they are supposed to groom because i had to get something from my car. NO SENSE OF HOSPITALITY I have senior dogs and they offered no accessibility for them, no sense of urgency all of them just stared..? have you never seen a dog before????? HORRIBLE SERVICE

I went to go cancel because i don’t go to Petco and i can’t cancel their membership because you have to wait a year. Say no to the membership and don’t believe what the people say there
