- AEAngelica Joy De ElenaJun 13, 20261.0I haven’t been here but I held on a call for about 10 minutes and the lady on the other end told me “well our website isn’t always correct so we have no appointments that day” which is fine, so I ask “but if I book it for that day can I still come in?” Since it showed MULTIPLE open appoinments And she goes “yeah but.. we won’t be able to take you” soooo no than? So fix the website PLEASE?? I live far from everywhere and this would have wasted my time and stressed my poor kitty. If I didn’t call I would’ve just been turned about because of the website

- SRSUNI RobotApr 20, 20261.0This Banfield location doesn't even deserve one star. We have a cat on their pet plan that we had to take to another location because this location is horrible. Their employees are combative, argumentative and are generally rude. We asked them to fill a prescription for our cat that was prescribed by another Banfield location and they refused. The Ellsworth Loop location is closer to our house then the Chandler location that we have been going to. If you love your pet take it to another Banfield vet! This location is the worst !!
- SSSTEPHANIE SANTIAGOApr 16, 20261.0I have a toy poodle. Her paws are the size of a quarter. To remove the hair in between the paws they charged $50. Mind you, there wasn’t much hair but since she has “seasonal allergies” it was recommended for immediate relief just in case there was something caught in the hair irritating her paws. So a $50 charge even with a pet plan was ridiculous. The plan is already expensive, and the fees increases substantially every year due to “inflation “ as I was told. Honestly debating removing the plan. I’m sure putting the monthly fee aside every month for her yearly survives will come out cheaper than paying for the plan every month

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
