  Ashley was wonderful with .y boys ... 2 Maine Coons who were matted and over 6 months out from the last grooming. We will be back for sure.

  Archee had her first visit at Yvonne’s this week. Ashley gave Archee her best ever grooming. She is so fluffy, her feet and nails have never been trimmed like this before. I was thrilled. I didn’t realize my maltipoo could look this good. The price was great and she was done in 45 minutes. Thanks Ashley, we’ll be back.

  I’ve been bringing my dog here for several years, including our previous dog before Roni, so this review is genuinely disappointing for me to leave. Unfortunately, this is not the first time my grooming instructions for Roni’s face have been ignored. I specifically requested that only her nose area be trimmed and that the hair around her face NOT be shaved, as we had finally grown it back out from a previous grooming mistake. Despite those instructions, her face was shaved again. What makes this especially frustrating is that this has happened multiple times now, even after very detailed instructions were given at drop-off. I stayed loyal because Roni is familiar with the staff and doesn’t get anxious during drop-off, but after repeated issues, I feel like my concerns simply are not being heard anymore. I’m not leaving this review to be cruel — only to hopefully encourage better communication and more attention to customer instructions going forward.

  I have been going here for years! Took my dogs and clients dogs now I take my grand dog! Nate does a fantastic job ! I believe he learned from the best his grandmother!!
