- AAAmanda A3 days ago5.0We visited on Sunday, and the young man in the fish department was very helpful and answered all of our questions about starting an aquarium at home, something my son was extremely excited about a few days later we realize that my son had forgotten his fish notebook there, and I went back to see if they had found it. They had found it and kept it safe at the register for us and took the time to tell us about how special they thought it was and how great his drawings were. It was just really a great experience.

SUSAN was absolutely horrible to me over the phone after I applied to adopt a beautiful kitten from Petco through UAF. She was condescending, rude, and treated me with zero respect whatsoever. She denied my application due to my family having a doggy door, which is something I can slightly understand, but the way she went about it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. She made me and my family so upset, and she should definitely not be working in customer service. Her behavior should definitely be corrected. If you are looking to adopt a kitty from Petco just keep in mind that the woman who walks you through the vetting process will treat you like scum!!!
