Everyone in staff was very rude to be except one sweet lady, who you could tell even felt awkward in the room with the vet because of what I was being told and the tone in which I was told, I wasn’t greater since I entered and I was treated poorly since that before I even had a chance to speak, the store was unorganized and I had to go back and forward bc of the products being in the wrong areas and I brought that to a workers attention, she ignored that completely didn’t offer help or anything so I said I’d take back the wrong one and get a different one, trying to be nice and maybe flip the tone of the whole experience around, but nope I was basically ignored and just figured it out myself, still got the wrong thing even tho it was labeled right ( I checked the tags) I paid 70 for something listed as 35, I called the 1-800 number to bring the issue up and they promised an update it’s been a week never heard back, the vet who is supposed to be the professional the reason I went willing to pay $80+ of my hard earned money told me my very clearly 8+ week old kittens were 5 weeks old “100%” I’ve had the kittens for 3 weeks which would mean they were 2 weeks when I got them, but they look exactly the same now as they did when I got them they had all their teeth and full grown ears run and play with all their energy eat perfectly all foods, I stated this she completely disregarded it just acted as tho it was never said, at the end of the appointment she asked if I had questions I said yes I do give me one second without even a breath she says okay well then that’s all, there was so many more things that happened throughout the whole day, I do not understand the hostility I was shown, I’m a very sweet and well mannered person, I never ever complain but it really bugged me how every single person I spoke to was so incredibly rude and for absolutely no reason at all.
