    Front desk staff are disinterested at best, taking way too long to check in/out patients. Pricing is not transparent at all - I came in for the second Lepto shot, was not informed that I was going to be charged AGAIN for a shot package I believed I had already purchased the first visit; "estimate" contained errors because the system can't account for Vital Premier clients so you are asked to sign something that is not correct; even though we were only there for the second round of shots, Vet proceeded to do full work up as though they would be paid for it; spent about a hour for what should have been a quick in and out. Overall not impressed and will be looking for other "routine" visit options in the future.

    Everyone in staff was very rude to be except one sweet lady, who you could tell even felt awkward in the room with the vet because of what I was being told and the tone in which I was told, I wasn’t greater since I entered and I was treated poorly since that before I even had a chance to speak, the store was unorganized and I had to go back and forward bc of the products being in the wrong areas and I brought that to a workers attention, she ignored that completely didn’t offer help or anything so I said I’d take back the wrong one and get a different one, trying to be nice and maybe flip the tone of the whole experience around, but nope I was basically ignored and just figured it out myself, still got the wrong thing even tho it was labeled right ( I checked the tags) I paid 70 for something listed as 35, I called the 1-800 number to bring the issue up and they promised an update it’s been a week never heard back, the vet who is supposed to be the professional the reason I went willing to pay $80+ of my hard earned money told me my very clearly 8+ week old kittens were 5 weeks old “100%” I’ve had the kittens for 3 weeks which would mean they were 2 weeks when I got them, but they look exactly the same now as they did when I got them they had all their teeth and full grown ears run and play with all their energy eat perfectly all foods, I stated this she completely disregarded it just acted as tho it was never said, at the end of the appointment she asked if I had questions I said yes I do give me one second without even a breath she says okay well then that’s all, there was so many more things that happened throughout the whole day, I do not understand the hostility I was shown, I’m a very sweet and well mannered person, I never ever complain but it really bugged me how every single person I spoke to was so incredibly rude and for absolutely no reason at all.

    This place is a joke!! My dog is sick and the appointment has been scheduled for a week I get a call the day before saying we don't have enough time to discuss the concerns with a doctor. So they cancelled the appointment. YOU ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

    The doctor and staff were all very nice. Other than the computer system crashing which is out of their control. The doctor did all she could for him but he still passed away in the night. 😭😩🐶💔. Our hearts are broken but we knew we did all we could for lil Meiko. It was so nice the Dr called me back when she received the message he passed Thank you everyone for caring about our lil baby boy

    I recently brought in a very young rescued kitten for an urgent visit, and unfortunately my experience was extremely frustrating. Before the appointment, I originally scheduled for Saturday but then moved it to Friday due to my kitten’s condition. I even called ahead to confirm the updated appointment. However, when I arrived, I was told I did not have an appointment and that I had come on the wrong day. I explained the situation and that I had already confirmed it, which made the interaction confusing and stressful when I was already worried about my kitten. While the staff did provide medication, the overall communication and level of support during the visit were lacking. I had to repeatedly ask basic questions, including the kitten’s estimated age and medication dosage, instead of being clearly guided through next steps. I was also told that my kitten was “most likely going to die” in a very direct manner, without much explanation or reassurance. This was extremely difficult to hear and did not feel like a compassionate way to communicate in such a sensitive situation. I understand that neonatal cases can be uncertain, but clearer communication, better organization, and a more empathetic approach would have made a significant difference. I appreciate that my kitten was seen and treated, but overall the experience added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time.
