Well it was my first time there and it was just kinda unorganized. It’s all so expensive and when asking questions the answers were very vague. Most of the bordatello oral shot ended up on the floor and I thought I still have to pay for that and how much did she actually absorb. She had an ear infection and it seemed to be pretty simple but ended up doing the drops for treatment since my pup likes to swim this will apparently allow her not to wait as long. The gal at the front desk looked like she needed some help up there nothing against her personally but my account wasn’t sinking to discount my visit two people on hold one person behind me. Then she was just sitting there with the bag of drops and I had to get them myself from behind the computer because she didn’t hand them to me. It was just ok.

Absolutely horrifying what I had to deal with. Been using this vetco over 5+years. Dr Camp retired. Now it is absolutely bad. I went through hell for a prescription after I spend $129 every other month. Dr messed up writing the RX and wanted it to be my problem when all along they just needed to call the pharmacy. This is a medication they charge $60 for at the vet and it's $4 at my pharmacy. I realized today I am just a $$ sign to them. Now I will be finding a local vet. Done with the corporate guys!! Terrible service at Happy Valley location. I wish it wasn't like this after all these years. Natasha at the Avondale location did solve my issue after several hours of getting the run around and hung up on. But I appreciate her help! Unfortunately still finding a more caring veterinarian

The vet was condescending and unpleasant. Dr. G. Made me feel like a bad pet owner.

Front desk staff are disinterested at best, taking way too long to check in/out patients. Pricing is not transparent at all - I came in for the second Lepto shot, was not informed that I was going to be charged AGAIN for a shot package I believed I had already purchased the first visit; "estimate" contained errors because the system can't account for Vital Premier clients so you are asked to sign something that is not correct; even though we were only there for the second round of shots, Vet proceeded to do full work up as though they would be paid for it; spent about a hour for what should have been a quick in and out. Overall not impressed and will be looking for other "routine" visit options in the future.
