WOW!!!!! We feel so lucky to have found sparkle or Dog Coco loves going to get groomed here. Our favorite is Starla. She is so sweet with Coco and always gives her such a good haircut. We do the unlimited membership and it is such a good value! I highly recommend sparkle to anyone to needs a good place to take their dog to get groomed.

I was referred to Sparkle Grooming by my friend who has an Aussie-Doodle. Behlou grooms this particular pup and does a phenomenal job. I brought my dog, Freya (Lab/Aussie mix), to Behlou and Freya came back looking great. She had an extra pep in her step because Behlou took such great care of her. We will definitely be back to Sparkle!

We’ve been coming to Sparkle for a very long time! My big dog Luna LOVES seeing Cris!!! The deshedding has been SO helpful with reducing the amount of hair I have to vacuum up daily too! Having a long haired Saint Bernard is not for the weak, but Sparkle and Cris have been a God sent 😩😩

Sparkle was referred to me by a family member for my large doodle who is fearful and does not like having his paws touched. Based on the recommendation, I scheduled with Nevaeh for the Essentials service. Nevaeh was welcoming and patient while I explained his history with other groomers. I didn't feel rushed and she has a great demeanor with my dog. She communicated with me throughout the appointment to ensure I knew what was happening and how my dog was doing. After the appointment was complete she chatted with me and offered suggestions and recommendations without being pushy or feeling like a sale pitch. Even though I live in the South East valley, based on this experience, I signed up for a membership plan. My dog looked and smelled amazing. I look forward to bringing my dog back to Sparkle, and specifically Nevaeh, again soon.

Sparkle does an amazing job. I’ve been bringing my lil girlie here for a year now and I have zero complaints. Every single groomer and bather is kind, gentle, and patient with my tiny, 5 year old, 4lb Malshi… who can sometimes be grumpy and hard to groom due to her size.
At past groomers she’s been referred to as “spicy” and sometimes would come out full shaved because of her fine hair & little matts on her teeny legs. At Sparkle (from day one) this has never ever happened. They have never complained about my pup, nor have they ever given up on grooming her in full. They take their time if they need to, there is no rushing your dog out the door ever. On top of that, she walks out gorgeous and happy every time. In just a few consistent grooms, she stopped getting anxiety going in. I’ve been taking her here for about a year now and I can say “let’s go to Sparkle” and she wags her tail & has no problems being taken in by the Sparkle team when we get there!
They set expectations well, ask questions, and always keep your dog AND you in mind. There is a window out front where you can see them grooming all of the dogs with deep care and compassion. I’ve even witnessed them be extremely patient and create plans to help dogs that get likely have been turned down by other groomers due to their temper or anxiety. They tailor everything they do to each dog’s specific needs. You can trust that the care you see in the windows extends to even the back bathing rooms and kennels.
Lastly… the membership is SO worth your while regardless of the size of your dog! It’s easy to make an appointment online or on the phone, it’s easy to change It if something comes up, there is a great reminder system with texts, and they will always reach out if they have any questions/concerns that come up during the groom. If you need a last minute groom, they will do their absolute best to fit you in even if they are booked full. They don’t push you or force you to leave gratuity, and regardless of what you leave them they do not change their work ethic… which is more of a reason to always leave something on top because they deserve It ALWAYS and the membership price is so reasonable that you don’t feel like you’re overspending when It comes time to add gratuity.
I didn’t know any of the staff personally before we started going to them, but they all smile and remember me and even recognize my vehicle when I pull up. This review comes from a first hand view of the excellent standard they stick to and from bringing my pup in 1-3x per month at the Arcadia location. You can expect 5 star service and welcoming staff every day, all day, regardless of who works with your dog, regardless of your dog’s temperment.
