  Brought my cat in she was fine just had some labored breathing and they handled her so carelessly please do not go to this vet. They said multiple things were happening including my cat vomiting blood and that they had to do emergency CPR and said it would be $500 and then tried to convince me to have an emergency surgery saying it was urgent or my cat would die and that it would be another $800 they said my cat was passing away and we’re extremely rude and everything had a price tag. I told them to give me my cat back since I caught onto their fear tactics and urgent actions with high costs, they tried convincing me to euthanize my cat. I took my cat back and the lady said good luck in a sarcastic tone. I checked my cats mouth and she’s a long haired cat there was no blood and she was behaving normally when I got her home. I am so glad I did not euthanize her in such a messed up place they injected her with sedatives and shaved her legs and treated her carelessly please do not come here. Worst Vet Ever!!

  This place is top notch! They took care of my cat Reeko in the best way possible! My poor senior was constipated and they took care of him. 10 stars!

  First. I have brain injury and navigating crisis is terribly challenging for me. My dog, Nova, ate very old bacon with mold on it. Mold is a neuro-toxin. I was fortunate to get her to vomit it up. I called this location after calling others Meliece was the kindest heart on the phone. She answered questions honestly, professionally, directly, and compassionately. I chose this place. I barely financially survive. I only had a couple hundred dollars in my account and my dog is my lifeline. I was bawling dysregulated. Then Megan the vet nurse came in and she was matching Meliece’s energy. Both of them took such amazing care of me and my dog. They comforted me and her. These two humans are bright lights in society and definitely valuable assets to this clinic. I won’t take my dog anywhere else for an emergency for as long as I live in Phx Thank you Megan and Meliece, you both gave me so much kindness, compassion and grace. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

  I just adopted a dog named sunny and she had a couple unexpected problems right after adopting her and me and my finance were very lost on were to go since we had just moved to the area and it was a Sunday night but we happened to find and go to this amazing er with the best, compassionate, and dedicated staff we were very lucky to have gone to them! overall they made such a bad/stressful time for us a great experience with all there help and care if you moved here recently or don’t have a er you go too I can say this one is a amazing pick and u will leave with the care your fur baby needs!

  I called to find out how busy/wait time. The person who answered the phone was cold. Apparently from her behavior, she seemed to be irritated that I asked a question. I live a distance away. I have used this hospital before which is why I called. Caring and empathy go along way when a beloved pet is ill and you are trying to get assistance.
