  My husband and I came in today to, sadly, put down our 16 year old cat, Mia. We were both sobbing in tears the entire time and the staff was incredibly helpful and compassionate to our needs. This is a very clean facility and we were able to sit in a large room with our baby to spend some last moments with her.

  i called for emergency because my dog was showing stroke symptoms & needed help over the phone something to help meanwhile to save my dogs life , and the lady that answered was careless and just cold. She didn't even let me finish my sentence when i was currently in distress, I never leave bad reviews but in time when you really need an answer and you're "a hospital clinic for pets" but u have someone like that answer it makes me question the lack of empathy for workers in the industry. Please do better and actually like your job.

  This was one of the best dog ER visits I have experienced. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Everyone from the medical receptionist, the nurse/vet tech, & vet was kind & compassionate. It was a holiday weekend & I was told the wait could be 3 or more hours. I was kept informed the entire time & was seen in less than 3 hours. They did not recommend tests & services that were not needed & I didn’t not walk out with a huge unnecessary bill. Their walk-in price for assessment was also lower than other places. This was a win all the way around & highly recommended.

  Absolutely amazing staff and care. They were prompt, compassionate, thorough, and truly dedicated. Communication is superb and they make sure all your needs are met. Clean facility and lovely waiting room. No one wants an emergency but they truly put you at ease and offer support the entire way through. They called afterward to just to check in and make sure everything was going ok. They truly saved my cat Stella’s life and I will forever be grateful to the entire team!
