  Very disappointed with Petco. I placed an order expecting it to be picked and ready when promised, but that didn’t happen. To make matters worse, the item I specifically needed was shown as in stock, only for me to find out they didn’t actually have it. If your inventory system says an item is available and a customer places an order based on that information, the store should either fulfill the order as promised or communicate immediately that there’s a problem. Instead, I wasted my time expecting an order that wasn’t handled when it was supposed to be, for an item they apparently didn’t even have. This was frustrating, inconvenient, and a complete waste of my time. I expected much better organization and customer service from Petco. Based on this experience, I would think twice before relying on their online inventory or pickup service again

  Alex called my vet to verify Lola’s most current rabies vaccine so that we could get Lola’s nails trimmed right away. Alex happily took Lola in and completed her nail trim in minutes. Her kindness and care goes a long way and we’ll be back because of her. Thank you, Alex!

  Cool haircuts, dedicated staff, lots of neat dogs. Petco is a fun place to shop and watch all the pets

  My review was actually an accident. I didn't even have my animal groomed at your facility. I was there to pick up cat litter and I went to Google maps to try and update the map so that I would be able to help others find the place because Google maps sent me to the wrong place. I just accidentally hit the five star rating and didn't know how to fix it.

  You might want to think twice before you take your dog here to get groomed. 44th stree and Oak. I feel they are not very experienced at handling dogs. I booked my 50 lb dog for a full grooming She has been there in the past. 15 minutes later ,after we dropped her off we got a phone call to come pick her up. The girl we left her with was very tiny . She said she could not lift her in the bath. She said they're not supposed to groom a dog over 35 lb unless there are two people. They have her on file so they should have known that she was a medium sized dog and that she couldn't do it by herself. So she booked her for 2 days later when there would be two people there but she only booked her for a nail trim. Both girls could not even get her on the table to trim her nails. She is an anxious dog but definitely not aggressive . They referred us to somewhere else saying they would be able to muzzle her.The lady there groomed her by herself. NO problem whatsoever. She did NOT muzzle her. She said Petco deemed her a mean dog. The lady who groomed her said she does not know why they would say that because she said that dog is not mean. We won't be returning there with any of our animals in the future.
