  Did not know pet needed all his shots till we arrived. An hour after we left the notice came thru phone, make sure pet have all shots prior to bringing him in.

  Naomi is an absolutely amazing groomer! She takes such wonderful care of our animals and always makes them feel safe and comfortable. They are usually very anxious when going somewhere new, but they absolutely love her and are always happy to see her. It's clear that she genuinely cares about every pet she works with, and her patience and kindness make all the difference. I never have to worry when they're in her hands because I know they're receiving the best care. I can't recommend Naomi enough to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and talented groomer!

  Naomi was so helpful! Best groomer I've ever had!! She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me great tips on caring for my doodle’s coat to help prevent matting. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking my next grooming appointment soon!

  Purchased the wellness package with Vetco(Which is a separate company from Petco) And during the three visits, I was there they did not include the microchip that I paid for When I called to see if I could get the microchip inserted, the PETCO manager let me know I would have to pay additional $35 because it was over 120 days. I expressed my frustration and having to pay for something that I already paid for, but was not offered to me at any of my three appointments and was told it was my responsibility to make sure that I’m getting what I paid for. From my experience in customer service, it’s always been the companies responsibility to provide what is being paid for. I tried expressing this, but she kept getting loud and over talking me. My complaint comes from the conversation with the manager. She could’ve just referred me to the Vetco customer service, but chose to argue with me on the phone instead- she refused to provide me with her name but overall, just a bad experience with the company
