Today, Petco turned me and my loved one away without the common courteousy of notifying me in advance. The appointment was booked last week and confirmed via both text and email. The excuse is that our groomer (who was outstanding at customer service) was not following “company policy” Hmmm? All of a sudden? Because my dog has had a heart murmur? Then explain to me exactly why I sign a waiver before EVERY appointment for emergency medical treatment…Today, Petco, you lost my business. It is sad that you didn’t notice me and my family as valued customers.
