  I came to this store on May 18 at 4:33pm. As I was attempting to check out, the cashier was just standing there talking to two other store employees for at least two minutes even though they had seen me standing there ready to check out. Extremely poor customer service experience, I would not come back or recommend this location.

  They only get one star because I have to put a star if I could I would get them zero stars went there to pick up a doordash order tonight got into an arguing with the manager because I was telling them they need to barcodes to scan for doordash she didn't want to listen to me one of the argue with me and then wouldn't even try to listen to me when I tried to show her what DoorDash wanted me to do through the app continue to want to argue with me and went and help me would never go there ever again would never recommend this store to anybody worse customer service experience I've ever had

  Went to my appt just to get a booster shot for my 2yr old cat at the v as ccinstipn clinic at 2784 W. Peoria, Phoenix. Went to sign in, there were 2 german shephards standing by us. The lady said it would be $56. for the booster shot & told me we could stand in the aisle & wait to be called. My husband asked how much they paid for the shot, she said $8., then said "I shouldn't haven't told you that." She gave me a leash with no buckle or clip for her collar. I asked what it was for, she said so my cat wouldn't get away. I asked if they had a room for the shot, no, they were just going to take her out of her carrier give her the shot in the aisle!! They had rooms for grooming, adoption etc. My cat has severe anxiety & takes calming chew daily. Find another vaccination clinic if u can't afford a vet. DON'T go to Petco! I won't even shop there anymore.

  I normally going to petsmart and never have any issue but was near this one. I was going to pick up some ghost shrimp and they were completely out of all shrimp except one red shrimp that was $5 bucks. I brought it home Saturday afternoon and by Sunday morning it was dead. I have shrimp in the tank already and did the slow water introduction. Now I keep having to tell my toddler her red shrimp is just hiding until I have time to get one elsewhere
