The lady that got my fish not only took 35 minutes and rolled around on a chair, but also made comments about “hoping none of the fish die on her” which at the time was I thought a joke. Well turns out she wasn’t joking. She gave three in the tank heat attacks and by the time I got home six of my fish I purchased were dead. This morning another three…. I brought in the deceased fish to get a refund at a nearby location but was told I had to go to the original store I purchased my fish from, which was not only the worst store I’ve ever been to, but was also 45 minutes away. I also don’t want to purchase any more fish from that location or even step foot in there since my terrible and tragic visit.

The cashier, JAYDEEN, provided some of the worst customer service I’ve had at any Petco. It’s really unfortunate because this is otherwise a great place to shop. I hope management addresses this, as it definitely impacts the overall experience.
