  I switched from Petsmart to Petco a while back as it was much closer to my home. My first experience was lovely the girls in the grooming department were so kind and efficient, I was happy to switch my business. Recently the customer service has been terrible from one girl in the grooming salon in particular. The only service I get is a nail trim and buff, which is a walk in service, you are unable to book this online (Petsmart you can) but I was told I could call and they could book it that way so that is what I try to do as a courtesy to them. The last 3 times I tried to do this I was turned down as they were "fully booked" she offered me an appointment 3 days from now. Seriously for a walk in service that takes at most 10 minutes?! What would she do if I did walk in? Im so turned off by her lack of customer service and sometimes condescending tone that I have given my business back to Petsmart regardless of the longer drive. Who turns away business like she does? Too bad I also always tip in cash as the service is greatly appreciated.

  We stopped for cat deformed and there were tags on the shelf to get it at the checkout. But after 20 minutes and finally asking another associate we found out they were out. Needless to say we put back every other thing we were gonna purchase and left very disappointed. Doubt we we frequent another petco. Service sucked and no wormer thats ridiculous. SHOP SMALL BUSINESS THIS COMPANY DOESNT CARE
