  There have been some changes. Its a bit more organized and seems to be busier. Found exactly what I needed and some new things to browse.

  We stopped for cat deformed and there were tags on the shelf to get it at the checkout. But after 20 minutes and finally asking another associate we found out they were out. Needless to say we put back every other thing we were gonna purchase and left very disappointed. Doubt we we frequent another petco. Service sucked and no wormer thats ridiculous. SHOP SMALL BUSINESS THIS COMPANY DOESNT CARE

  STAY AWAY!My appointment has been scheduled for a week. They call me 1 day before the appointment to cancel because there won't be enough time to go over my concerns. YOU ARE TERRIBLE!! Apparently this is a thing. The vet is lazy. Read the other reviews!! Close your doors if you don't want to take care of pets!

  this review is for the two women at the front that were chatting and sipping their drinks that refused to help me get some fish because “its not their job” and made me bother zach despite him being super busy. super weird!! zach was amazing!!

  These people need to learn how to do their jobs, from management down to associates. We have a cat that needs prescription food after a $4500 surgery. We sign up in PETCO's prescription book they use to keep track of customers with prescriptions for said special food. After a couple months, they throw this book away without telling their customers. We were turned away and were told we needed a new prescription. We come back with a prescription and they still reject us. The prescription was provided by a 24 hr animal hospital. They could have verified right then and there. We had to get regional management involved and the management finally allowed us to fill our cat food prescription, albeit with a rude attitude and saltiness for being wrong. We appreciate the Regional Manager "John" for helping us, but we don't plan on coming back here. Multiple "managers" in store who held authority of "responsible charge" and they showed complete incapability. I recommend PETCO reevaluate who they have representing their brand. They could have done more, chose not to, and were subsequently rude for being shown their inadequacy. This is not leadership.
