  Truly a remarkable store 🥹 it's so clean and neat, and the staff is amazing! Though they should have more duck stuff available 👀 perhaps even sell ducks. 👀 I truly appreciated my time here and will be visiting if near the area.

  Excelente atención, fueron muy pacientes e hicieron todo lo posible por mantener una buena comunicación ya que no hablo inglés pero alguien hizo lo posible en hablar español para mí y lograron cumplir mis requerimientos

  Unfortunately this store looks like a mess! Shelves are empty, aisles are cluttered with items misplaced and employees are scarce. On a previous visit a week ago, my husband almost purchased puppy food but noticed there were bugs coming out of the bag! Yuck! 🤢 What happened to this location?! Please get some upper management in here to turn this location around. Super disappointing for the Norterra area!

  Love that we were able to ask a young lady about what treats were good for our lil guy whos on a kd diet about what treats were safe for cats and get an informed and correct answer and she even helped us find them. The clinic is great too. We feel safe and confident we have a team there with you guys to prolong our cats Blu's life. We love him and have found the best.

  Wife bought fish at this store yesterday. 2 were dead by the time I got home. She sent me the receipt ad pics of the dead fish and they refused to replace them. Said I had to make wife drive 15 miles and bring them back....bring back dead fish, (wow), so they could dump them (are they gonna scan the fish for a bar code?. Costs 5 times cost of the fish in gas. This is the last time I buy anything live at this store. We have had fish die before we got them home from here before. Won't happen again.
