- LGLouis Greenfield4 days ago2.0This was supposed to be covered by the wellness plan I am senior citizen that’s disabled on a fixed income and it’s not covered as promised and there was a lot of extra expenses. And I am extremely unhappy with the baby treated me and I have no way to get in touch with anybody to discuss terrible terrible customer service and very rude in the office. I wish I had a better choice, but I don’t.
- JHJesse HashAug 13, 20265.0I've been going to the Banfield Camelback location for several years now, since they opened there. I always have a very positive experience with staff and services. Most recently, the front desk staff (named Adrianna and Jordyn) were very busy with multiple phone lines ringing and people walking in. I was very impressed with how professional and courteous they were and how they navigated both walk ins and callers to be as fair as possible in helping everyone. They were outstanding and I told them I was really impressed with their high volume customer service. As always, the clinician who met with me was pleasant, professional and volunteered sound information about my pet, preventive care and services offered. When my dog was taken back to the vet area for service, they finished very quickly, leaving me with hardly a wait time. It was excellent as always and I really wanted to share kudos on line for their consistent excellent pet care and customer service.

Made an appt weeks in advance and was told my dog could not be seen because they could not access my file and it would take 45 minutes to open at which point the vet would be gone. And then was told to call instead of using the portal. The front office tried to blame me for their tech issues. What year is this? What's the point of being able to schedule online if they dont honor the appts. I have a job and cant just bring her back tomorrow. I wont be back to this location. Update: called another Banfield and they opened the file in under a minute, no IT specialist needed.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
