I have been to multiple Banfield and this location is far above the rest! The only complaint I have is that I wish I was able to handle my own dogs for vaccines/bloodwork. I am a dog trainer and have taught my dogs specific cooperative care techniques to help with vaccines, exams and bloodwork and know it would be a less stressful experience for them if this was allowed! Our tech, Alexis, is always so kind, helpful and patient! She has went above and beyond to help me with questions, paperwork for insurance, etc. I really appreciate her help through the past few months with our dog, Aspen! She has made the overall experience very clear and easy! I appreciate how thorough she is and never makes me feel bad for asking questions or addressing my concerns! Dr.Kesmarki also did a wonderful job with my dog Aspen’s recent mass removal surgery, dental and radiographs! His sutures were wonderfully done, even though they were in a tough spot. She was extremely detailed and made the time to answer all my questions and concerns thoroughly! I really appreciate the extra time both Dr.K and Alexis have taken to care for both of my dogs and make me feel heard through the whole process!

Useless waste of money. Charged for an exam that the doctor could not perform because they do not allow you to be with your pet to give comfort and to smell what they know. Thank you for the offer but I already called back again today and was unsuccessful. I have switched Vets. I am at Arkvets and had the most compassionate and understanding visit today and I have purchased their year plan.

Had to come back after services went down. They did call when they were back up to get me in but that caused a delay to be seen because of back-up rescheduling. Care was good and due to health plan membership, no cost.

This vet is great! Very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with the staff and even my anxious dog seemed more relaxed here! I highly recommend this office for a clean, safe, friendly, quality experience. My dog was getting a rabies vaccine and blood draw in order to qualify her for Hawaii’s very complex 5 days or less program (the alternative is a 6 month quarantine for pet travel), and they knew exactly what to do and even called and recommended a doctor at a nearby Banfield who frequently does the necessary health certificate appointments to bring a dog to Hawaii. Everyone was so patient and caring. This is the best vet’s office I’ve ever been to!
