  This vet is great! Very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with the staff and even my anxious dog seemed more relaxed here! I highly recommend this office for a clean, safe, friendly, quality experience. My dog was getting a rabies vaccine and blood draw in order to qualify her for Hawaii’s very complex 5 days or less program (the alternative is a 6 month quarantine for pet travel), and they knew exactly what to do and even called and recommended a doctor at a nearby Banfield who frequently does the necessary health certificate appointments to bring a dog to Hawaii. Everyone was so patient and caring. This is the best vet’s office I’ve ever been to!

  Mispronounced my cats name for a year, never put a note in the system on correct pronunciation. 9 months into my yearly contract a doctor put a note that my dog was aggressive and I could no longer get work done without medication. Took the same dog to vetco, no issues getting my vaccination services done for the dog. If you are signing any contract, note that the vet can designate your animal the same way and deny the services you paid for unless you purchase their medication on top of the already paid for services. 2 stars since my negative experience only occured after most of my contract was completed.

  This is, without question, one of the most inept, incompetent, and outright incapable veterinary facilities you could ever trust with your pets. And to be clear, this isn’t just about one location—this has been our consistent experience across multiple Banfield clinics over the years. The pattern of misdiagnoses, poor care, and general negligence is staggering. I could easily write an entire book detailing how badly our pets have been handled. Looking back, I feel foolish for not canceling their Wellness Plan much sooner. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Banfield. This isn’t just subpar service—it’s a complete failure of what a veterinary provider should be.

  It's nice to not go to petsmart, they have decent prices and curbside service for covid. Good people.
