  I took my cat here initially for a cyst that had ruptured. My first appointment they cleaned it and gave me some solution. I didn’t speak to a vet and was given vague instructions. I came back two weeks later and they did some blood work and gave me antibiotics for the cyst possibly being infected, again never saw or really spoke to any vet. They said come back in two more weeks. But after the medicine was done I noticed my cat looked worse and I took him to another Banfield location. They didn’t do anything for him either. The next day a vet from this location called me to tell me I should take my cat to the ER because the results from other visits showed he was really sick. I took him to the ER where I finally got answers and I ultimately had to put him down due to many failing organs and cancer. I feel like my month and a half of visits to Banfield weren’t very helpful, especially considering I got all the answers I needed at another vet in just one day. I never got clear instructions and felt like I was annoying staff by calling and asking about my cat. The front desk people were nice to my cat and myself. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

  From start to finish the staff treated us and Lennon with empathy, love and patience. Explaining every step from tests to the treatment plan and follow up. The Vet Tech made the experience and even gave Lennon a pup cup after getting shots! The vet was sweet and took time to explain everything. Highly recommend!

  I've taken both of my cats here for a variety of reasons and they've always been wonderful. Great communication on what we're doing and why. Being able to read the reports online is super helpful. Most recently we an emergency situation with my kitten and they made a very scary situation a little easier. Even though there was a glitch with the website that let me double book a spot Dr. Mason and her team squeezed me in because they could tell it was urgent. The entire team was warm, compassionate, and loved on my kitten (Ursula) like she was their own. When things escalated and needed emergency care they had the best referral (veterinary animal group) and sent her medical records over before I arrived and made the transfer of care as easy as possible. Without their quick thinking and excellent care she might not have made it and I'm incredibly grateful to their team.

  The veterinarians, veterinary technicians and assistants, and administrative personnel are excellent. They are highly professional, very informed, and most helpful. At the end of the appointment I thanked the doctor for a very informative and detailed report on my cat's visit. I am so thankful to know that my cat, Cinnamon, receives such wonderful care.

  Banfield christown has treated my Fuddruckers as if he was their own. They're kind of loving gentle nature is what I always appreciate. They know him just by his meow as we come in the door they always greet us. I would highly recommend this pet hospital to anyone and everyone
