- MOMelissa OrtizApr 19, 20265.0I went to petsmart ghats 5 min away to get some dog food and I went to their banfeild pet hospital they have thier also to ask about my dogs hurt leg, I have my own vet that i been to few times b4 thats literally infront of my house 1 min walk..but they are horrible..they do okay job with what they need to do..but their care and and customer service its literally so crappy that I end uo going to this vet inside petsmart...and man oh man! Their customer service is so great and they care about ur dog, both the nurse and doctor were very nice and talking to me about what to do next for my dog jack..I had 97$ bucks to my name and they worked with me and got the bill from 800 to 600 to 180 then to 101. Then to 97$ and they did the xrays and blood work and plenty more..also waived my 1st month fee of my plan I picked out for my buddy Jack..I have to go back for some more blood work and 1 more important test to check for valley fever or if it's bone cancer...they care and didn't kick me out when I said I got 97$ to my name..they see I spent my last bit of money to try get my dog some pain medicine and to see whats exactly wrong and why my old man jack (9years old) why he is limping on 3 legs for past couple days...I paid for couple days worth of medicine and they end up giving me 10 days worth entill I get paid again and all that..thank you to the vet Jamie ..your great mame! Me (Tyler) and My wife melissa are so grateful 🙏 that we took chance just to try out your hospital instead of keep tryna save money for my jack..u guys took him in and helped him and I both..we appricate you guys so much!!!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:

• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
