Anymore you gotta search someone out and usually you will find them on their phones, or chatting with coworkers. There is no more respect for the customer that gives them jobs here. They always act as if it's a burden to get customers stuff and that's only if you're lucky enough to catch one to help you in the first place. Their main cash cow now is Vetco, so expect zero help at all if you go in while that's going on. Has just become a joke, much better service at small fish and reptile stores, don't waste your time to pay these guys wages when they don't care to lift a finger for you.

So I bought what I had found and went to another pet store to get what I needed.
