  Ayden the fish guy is so rude. I go in this petco Alllll the time and spend money, it 8 pm at night and me and my kids were looking around, they kids were saying pumpkin a bit loud (it’s a silly game). And I asked Ayden to get a fish and he says when you get your kids to stop yelling pumpkin in My store. I said really? It’s a silly game, they are kids. Anyway I’m not one of these gentle parents and when my kids are doing wrong I stop them, needless to say I left without buying fish and won’t be back, petsmart is across the street. Good job Ayden!

  After purchasing a guinea pig from this store about a couple weeks ago she started getting eye boogers within the first week. I reached out to them and the policy is I have to return her so they take her to the vet and I can call to see if and when she would be on the floor again available for purchase. I decided to foot the bill and take her myself since I had been getting that trust from her pretty quick and I really liked her. Plan was to always get a 2nd, I go to the same store hoping her partner is there but wasn’t, I see one I really liked store worker Ivy boxes her up for me and I tell her about my current piggie. She says that paperwork states they guarantee the health of them up until we walk out the doors. The cashier with pink hair was so much help last time I bought my piggie and this time too. I was going to give her a snack I purchased for the way home since it was a bit of a drive and I notice she has green/yellow eye boogers and so I get down show Ivy and tell her I can’t with a 2nd vet visit so if I could return her and if she could let me know when and if she goes back on the floor because in really liked her and she starts with an attitude as she’s doing a return. So 1 star, if purchasing from there just double check I’m glad I saw that before driving off.
