  Every time I go the checkout computers are so insanely slow. Update your systems... The employees are awesome, unfortunately the rich turds that are in charge make it a poor experience.

  Stood in line for about ten minutes or more because the person ahead of me had a lot of items. I had one item, I’m next cashier begins to process my one item and look now there’s another register opens. I would have complained, but it’s not worth it. I no I won’t be shopping at that Petco anymore more. The two stars was for the person at the register for answering my questions.

  My pet died after 2 days don’t ever go here to get your pets I was told I can get a refund or replacement pet and they basically lied now my kids are sad because they won’t replace the sick lizard they sold me

  Stopped by to pick up food and a few supplies for my dog and it was a great experience... One of the employees took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose a better food option 😀

  DO NOT BUY THE CRICKETS!! Worker made a comment to my husband that they’ve had some trouble with crickets coming in dead. That should have been a red flag to us but we were in a hurry and grabbed the few they had that were still alive. Noticed a few days after feeding to our dragon that she was looking thinner and lethargic. Before we could bring to vet, she had passed. It was determined that she got Coccidia and that the crickets were to blame. Those were the only change to her diet or routine. We are devastated and don’t want any other reptile owners to experience this.
