  Be careful and examine your pet afterward. I took my dog to get her first grooming. I made an appointment for 10:00 in the morning. When I got there there were several other people before me even though I had an appointment. They told me it was going to be 3 to 4 hours for a shampoo and full cut. At the time I thought 4 hours was excessive but I was excited to see her new look so I let her stay. On the 4th hour they called me to come and pick her up, I was already waiting outside. I had to pay before I could see her so I paid and left a $10 tip in total I paid around $80. The trim was acceptable and when I asked how she did, they said she did good, really good. They didn't tell me anything happened. Today I seen a red scab on her rib cage. It appears that she was cut with clippers and no one told me anything about it. I didn't think to examine her because the groomer didn't say anything happen. I feel really bad I didn't notice until I saw her licking it. I will not be taking her back. I understand accidents happen but they could have at least told me and I wouldn't have left a tip. My poor pup.. 😢

I was able to pick a slot that gave me a couple of hours to get ready and drive over, and everything was super smooth. The service was incredible—my dog was treated so well, the staff was kind, and the clinic was spotless. Plus, the prices were great—I paid just under $45 for the rabies vaccine .   apparently the workers here don’t even know where their inventory is located within the . i had spent some time looking for airtags and even waited for the staff to go look in the back and said they had none. i hopped on the internet and told the worker it says they are available here for pick up so they must be somewhere. i was told oh that’s just what the internet says. we don’t have them. then, another customer happened to be looking for the same thing and bought 2 of the 3 that were left and i needed 2 so i left empty handed and frustrated i spent 30 minutes being told they didn’t have something THAT THEY DID HAVE

  This evening March 3, 2026 I drove a hour to get to this location so we could find the Cory catfish we had been looking everywhere for. Arrived at 8:30 and they were already locking the door. They let us in and we headed straight to the fish and happily found exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t find anyone to help us so the man at the register tried to page the woman to help us. When she finally showed up she said it was Petco policy to not sell fish that close to closing. So we drove an hour for no reason I cant seem to find anything letting customers know they can’t purchase fish while the store is still open. Very disappointing experience.
