They have barely anything in stock half the time and the person running the register is more concerned about their conversation with the person ahead of us than actually checking out customers who have places to be. Thanks, Kendra, but we have to get back to a cancer patient and a new puppy at home. No I don't want to add my phone number, stop talking about it, I want to go. You already wasted 10 minutes of our time chatting to someone else buying fish plants about your career goals.

The cashier was extremely helpful and loved how he informed me about an option to have my items delivered to me instead of having to go in the store! Every time I go in everyone is so damn nice and helpful!

Took my dog for grooming and he actually looked like a joke... when I called to speak to a manager (2 different occasions) no one ever got back to me until my 3rd attempt. My dogs nails were bleeding, his legs were not touched and their reasoning was because "he was to aggressive" and that they no longer will accept him here... which is not a usual behavior AT ALL for my dog, ever. Hes been groomed by petco locations, personal groomers and other salons and have NEVER had this issue. I felt nervous taking to him to a petco location for a groom because of the allegations but I couldnt find anyone else available for the day that I needed him groomed so I chose this last minute. I really wish I didnt! Do not recommend if you love your animal. I understand issues may arise sometimes but the way this was handled was completely disappointing.
