  This has been an ongoing issue with the Banfield at power road and ray. Make appointment you show up early the appointment time passes. It takes him 20 to 30 minutes to get you into a room then you have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for some worthless tech to come in and not even see the veterinarian. The veterinarian used to come in and actually talk to you and see what’s going on. I will tell you what’s going on with your animal said they just pulled them into the back and the Vet comes in until you how much money you owe. The last four times we have dropped our pets off we’ve had to wait a ridiculous amount of time in the waiting room plus there is no one there to greet you or do anything and they just wait in the bag. Wait in the back Weight in the back that’s absolutely unacceptable nonprofessional. There needs to be somewhere at the front desk at all times, not in the back, not doing their job. There needs to be someone to us and help us through the process of our animal. The quality of this hospital has gone down dramatically over the last few years. We had all seven of our dogs here and the only reason we’re here today is because they could get us in. They said 11 o’clock it took him to 1120 to his tour and we’re still waiting. A drop off is supposed to be a very quick process, but they turned it into a ridiculous 45 minute to an hour. Which is absolutely unacceptable. This place needs to hire another vet and at least another five people in the back so they can actually do something and help people. If you make appointments, can we show up on time and you guys are behind that is not my fault there should be someone out here explaining to us what is going on and if they can’t do it close the freaking hospital here. I recommend any other hospital besides this one there’s one on Higley and baseline they come out that greets you talk to you. The text. Come out greet and talk to you. they’re very helpful. They do an outstanding job and treat you like a piece of dirt when you come in or it’s an inconvenience for us being here. It is clear this Banfield hospital needs to be revamped renew management for someone need to come here and figure out what’s going on because they do not know what’s going on and cannot help people or our animals

  Horrible! They charge you an arm and a leg. When you get your dogs shots they require you to come back for boosters and then charge another $72 for a 5 minute appointment. I emailed customer service and got no reply on if that was best practice.

  Made a in room apt on the app on 7/29. Arrived for apt and the very rude person at the desk states to me you can't have an apt the drs are in surgery. I explained the scheduling site said there were apts. Rude person at the desk said we'll the app is wrong. No offer to reschedule. She said we could leave her there and they will see her when they can. Nope sorry why would I leave my puppy with someone that treats a customer so rudely. I highly recommend you staying away from this location.
