- LDLynn DauodJul 15, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the grooming service I received at Petco. I paid $143 for my Aussiedoodle’s groom and the quality of the haircut was unacceptable. My dog’s paws had long sections of hair that were completely missed, and the top of his head — which should have been neatly rounded in a poodle-style cut — was left scraggly, uneven, and poorly blended. This was not a matter of the style I requested; it was simply an incomplete and uneven grooming job. I contacted Petco customer service three separate times to address my concerns. Each time I was told the issue would be escalated, but no one ever followed up and no resolution was provided. For the price I paid, I expected a professional grooming service and better customer support when there was a problem. I hope Petco improves its grooming quality control and takes customer complaints more seriously.
