I absolutely love the employees at this store! They were super friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed like a great team. I would have easily given 5 stars, but come on now… this store has no shopping carts! 😂 It honestly feels like you’re begging me not to spend money. I originally planned to spend around $200 at PetSmart, but decided to shop closer to home and give Petco a try instead. Unfortunately, because there were no carts and I had my dog with me, I felt like I needed to leave much sooner than I wanted to. The dog food I came in for weighs over 20 pounds, and there’s no way I can comfortably carry that around for an hour while also managing my dog and shopping. Even if you have to borrow carts from another store and put mag locks on them so they can't leave the property, please do something! Having a few carts would make a huge difference. No carts at all makes shopping extremely difficult, especially when customers are buying large bags of food, litter, or other heavy items. The employees deserve a lot of credit—they were incredibly nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back, and hopefully next time I'll actually be able to shop comfortably and spend the $200 I came prepared to spend! 😂
