  We took our dog in for grooming, and Sarah did an AMAZING job! We had him in for a deshedding treatment, and his fur looks absolutely fantastic. You can tell she really cared for our boy and took her time with him. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him, Sarah! 😊🐾

  PetCo – Kingman Area (Visited around 11 AM) I walked into PetCo late this morning and didn’t see a single employee anywhere. I kept walking deeper into the store looking for someone — still no one. I also needed a restroom, but there was zero signage. I had to walk all the way to the very back of the store, struggling to breathe (I’m a woman in my seventies with COPD and on oxygen), and finally found it under a sign that said “Cats.” As I stood there catching my breath, an employee approached — tall, heavily pierced, tattooed. I asked if she had a key to the restroom. She said yes, but I’d have to walk all the way to the front of the store to get it. She then unlocked the restroom and went inside. When she came out, she didn’t offer to hold the door, didn’t offer to let me in, didn’t offer to go get the key for me — didn’t say a single word. Just walked away. For someone with COPD, walking the entire length of the store twice is extremely difficult. The complete lack of empathy, basic courtesy, or customer focus was shocking. If she didn’t want me using the restroom she used, she could have simply offered to go get the key. Instead, she left me standing there struggling to breathe. I left PetCo and went straight to PetSmart. The difference was night and day. Reba helped me pick out the birds I wanted, plus toys, feed, bedding, a cage — everything. Wendy helped me download their app so I could get a discount. Employees everywhere, actually helping customers. Friendly, attentive, and professional. PetCo offered none of that. Not even basic kindness. Will I ever go back? Absolutely not.

  It's a pet store. They carry specialty items and are obviously higher than discount retailers. I frequently shop here for said specialty items and would go back as needed.
