  Our little Doberman had a problem on Tuesday and wasn't doing well I called our usual vet to see if they could work her in. I was told there would be a $225 emergency visit charge so I hung up. I called Cerbat Animal Hospital where I had a chiropractor appappointment on Thursday and told them the problem. It was 8:20am the girl talked to the dr and said be here at 10:10. Marley we found hav liver failure and we had to put her down. They showed such great understanding and the dr was on the floor with Marley as she gave the medicine and we said our good bys. Thank you for helping so fast and your understanding at this difficult time..

  Great customer service, Dr Hopkins is awesome! The whole team is very nice ans helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place.

  The front desk ladies are kind of dismissive but that isn't the problem. I took my dog, freemont to this clinic because he was not feeling well. I will spare the details but this doctors treatment that was prescribed almost killed him. I will be going to a different place hopefully, I need to figure out WHERE now because I DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. Very shady practices like they won't let you see your animal while they do the check up, they try to walk you out the door with all kinds of extra stuff that I thought my animal needed. I feel completely taken advantage of. This was completely unacceptable.

  We were on our way home, North to Canada, when vehicle issues arose for us, and had us staying in Kingman Arizona. We noticed our dog not doing/feeling so well…. On Thursday afternoon we called every vet in Kingman . Cerbat Cliff Animal Hosiptial listened to our plea , had an opening for us the next morning ( Good Friday ) Thank Goodness ! Only one vet was on today and the waiting room was filling up very quickly. They immediately ran blood tests , came and discussed the results , all was in good order, and then they suggested X-rays next . Yes they found out our dog had pneumonia and it was in advanced stage . Dr Sarina Hopkins and her team had us diagnosed and out the door in about 2 1/2 hours . The office/waiting room got more busier at the time we left. The staff today was on full throttle ! All these staff are earth angels! Amazing to watch the team effort . Thank you is just not enough . Our dog may have died if they had not taken us in . It was very serious . They treated us and our fur baby amazing. God bless them all . Thank you !
