  I was shopping for my new puppy and both Chantel and Destiny were extremely helpful in recommending healthy items and searching for discounts for my items. They were great!

  Every time I've gone into this store recently I've noticed extreme betta neglect. Their fins are torn, clamped, and clear signs of swim bladder in the majority of fish on display. Replacing them with others isn't changing the cause of these issues. These are live animals and should be treated as so.

  Waited around 15 minutes for help while a panicked employee frantically attempted to get a hermit crab to release a child’s hand. Brenda walked over and I asked if anyone could help me grabbing something from the tanks (since I had seen other employees). She scolded me about them “having a situation” and that there was no one to help currently. Yikes. It sure was a situation.

  Learn to open on time when the store hours are posted online and at the door .. looking at people through the glass is just gonna piss someone off

  Horrible have been coming here for two years getting my dog her haircuts and grooming and today Katherine who is the manager stated they would not take my dog because she was to matted around the ears. First my dog had been worse matting when brought in especially in the winter. and was not matting anywhere else today but they said its a hazard I told them that she just came fron the vet for wellness check that had a place inside that cuts hair. and did not say anything about her having this around the ears. She said they dont do it like we do whattt!? She was giving medical diagnoses so she is a vet now she actually had the assistant give the diagnosis first then she came up and said yes it is .this lady was super rude as soon as I go there she was not wanting to service my dog they were super stressed she tried Turning me away from the start when stating I didnt have my vaccinations only to tell her I get them from petco. she didnt want to service my dog from the jump trying to find any way to turn us away . When finding my docs she got mad and walks aeay upset .We have an appointment sorry they let us book so late. She out right refused would not even give her haircut or bath she was dismissive and rude slammed the door . When I asked for her name. I know for fact that she was not wanting to deal with her job they had multiple dogs howling barking and they were all in bad mood the one in front that was helping her eyes were bulging out of her face wide eyed like when someone has just had it . It dont matter then go home and dont ruin other peoples days . this is wrong on so many factors I got petco plus pau for that get all my service for my dog and they out right denied me when I had everything that would be passed for a normal haircut . Don't come here there service is awful anyways passive aggressive new manager or something but to have to drive down here and them try to refuse me from jump then looking for every excuse in the book to deny me services and always tip always pay always am kind . I'm beyond stressed out and my poor dog she needed one . Will be notifying corporate
