  Clearly short staffed waited to get some fish for a good 90 minutes saw a staff member stalking shelves pretty sure she saw me standing in one place for a while at least 6 different occasions I said out loud is there anyone that can help me hello I could here an employee stalking shelves so I eventually went to the front the cashier Alyssa (outstanding employee) went above and beyond to help when I found out later the manager Alberta just ignored customers just so she could stock shelves it’s pet co in the evening there was a decently long line and the manager couldn’t be bothered to help a single guest infact she turned to a guest standing at the checkout counter just to she that counter wasn’t open honestly if it wasn’t for Alyssa I would be giving this a 0 star review and telling people to never shop here

  This store is completely unorganized at the moment. They have new management, so hopefully things will get better for shoppers in the future. I haven't ever been a big Petco fan, so I'm not sure why I went there.

  Shopping at Petco is always a plus for me. Items are plentiful and easy to find. Checkout is quick. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Wholehearted is one of my pets favorite brands.

  If you like Tiki cat food great, they dedicate one side of an aisle to Tiki brand. My cats hate it. I can think of a few things I would replace 1/2 of that aisle with. They need more freeze dried selections, for now they have a couple of items. They are a bit pricey on pet toys & accessories
