  We had a wonderful experience in this store over the weekend. I was looking for a turtle, and fortunately Lisa was available to help. She was knowledgeable and took her time to make sure I had the one I wanted, and she asked the questions necessary to make sure I have a proper home and food for the little girl. The store was busy with people bringing their dogs for vaccinations, but I noticed they got the shot and then left without shopping. The checkout experience is quick and easy. The store itself is clean and easy to navigate. It's been many years since I've been in this particular Petco, and I'm sure glad it's still there! Thanks Lisa, for making sure Victor has a nice, new home!

  I went to buy a gift for my dog and finished paying before 8:59. I noticed some cookies and asked for the price. I understand the store closes at 9, but I was already at the register and just asking a quick question. Instead of telling me the price, I was told they were already closed and to come back the next day. I do understand closing time, but it would have been nice to just be told the price since I was already there.

  Huge shoutout and thank you to the vetco employees at this location and the rest of the staff in store that was extremely accommodating today. I have an 8 year old German shep/Australian shep/akita mix that I brought in today for vaccines. He is a very large dog and I was very anxious about how he would behave. He was well behaved though I still have to say thank you for all of the staffs love and kindness. All of the staff was so accommodating and friendly towards him despite his size, and the whole process was an absolute breeze for the both of us. I could not have asked for a better experience for myself or my pup. Truly, thank you to everyone at this location today. I’m sure I was much more anxious than my dog was, and you all did more to calm me than anything. Vet staff are EXTREMELY competent and did such a good and gentle job with my boy. He is generally well behaved, though I haven’t had him for more than a few months and was extremely anxious about the process. Suffice to say, I will happily return here for future vaccinations and for grooming. A special thank you to the vet team Elizabeth A., Hudson W., and Tyler H. You guys deserve all the props in the world for your love and professionalism towards my boy and myself.
