  Overpriced items compared to petsmart. I can't belive some of the prices such as pee pads... outrageous

  Lied about service didn’t meet expectations dog still shedding was very wet on pick up dog didn’t smell good paid 120 bucks for nothing i would not recommend.

  What the chinese robotics you know, I put an order in for pickup and it showed products all in stock.At the time the order was put in... Eighty percent of sales, forty five minutes hour went by and I had to go pick up something somewhere else while I waited.So I went to petco afterward only to be DISAPPOINTED AGAIN ZYMOX EAR PRODUCT NOT AVAILABLE AGAIN.... SO THIS IS TWICE IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. I MEAN SO NOT ONLY DO YOU EVER NOT HAVE THE DOG FOOD IN STOCK THAT I WANT PRODUCTS LIKE THESE THAT ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ALL OF OUR PETS.WHEN WE NEED THEM, WE NEED THEM and back in the eighties, I worked for circle k and they had a program on their registers that every time something was sold, it came off the available list... In the eighties mind you so why 2026 and of course, do you and other stars still don't have it together to where when people actually purchase stuff, it gets removed from the inventory. So that it doesn't show up as available when we look for it. I mean, really circle, K. Maybe you should get with the head honchos over there and find out if that's a Cisco program or one of the others and figure out how to upgrade and update your systems to reflect what is been sold. What is on the shelves? And any returns that may have made it back to the shelf to better serve us.The customers..... JS

  Found article on line for certan price..when I went to purchase it...I was informed it was twice as much in store..associate ask me to show her on line price then told me show cashier..I was given the online sale price...I wuldn't have known if the info hadn't been volunteered
