- BCBreanna CrossSep 25, 20265.0This is the second time I have had to bring my now 7 year old Rottie to this vet office and both times I’ve felt extremely blessed I called them. This time I had found a small growth on my babies back and they got me in 2 days later. I was supposed to just drop her off and pick her up later but when I got there they said they could see her right away. They took such good care of her. When she had to get a shot before the biopsy they came in and cuddled her and gave her love so that when they administered the shot she didn’t even move a muscle. Everyone in the office told me about how much they absolutely loved her and how amazing of a dog she is. When doing the biopsy I could hear the Dr and her assistants talking to my dog giving her reassurance and treats and love. I didn’t hear my dog make a single sound while getting her biopsy because of how well they were treating her. I’m not one for just allowing my dog be left with anyone but after my first visit with this Dr and her staff I knew I could trust them completely and they definitely proved me right again after our appointment yesterday. I’m now waiting for the results to come back and the Dr said she will be calling me personally to tell me what the results are and where to go from here. She does an amazing job explaining everything and making sure that all of our questions are answered and needs met. I truly appreciate this place. Thank you for caring for my baby girl.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
