- SOSandra Olson5 days ago5.0Easy to schedule an appointment for a wellness check and required vaccines. Everyone was friendly, professional, informative, but also reasonable. (My 93 year old dad is probably not going to be able to resist giving treats to the dog.) I also appreciate not feeling pressured to do a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics as I have experienced at other places. I am happy to have a great place so close to my parents. Absolutely recommend!
- LLlawler5 days ago1.0I brought my kitty here a while ago to get a check up due to her throwing up a lot and i had a free vet visit at the time my cat was panting and over heated due to the heat in arizona and my car and they advised me to take her to a hospital because THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO HELP HER ? i took her straight home and got her cooled down myself and she was just fine after. so they just turned me away and used up my free visit. i’m sorry but i feel like as a vet you should know how to work with a pet who is a little overheated. just lazy and un educated i visited a location in peroia that was inside of a pet smart for my new puppy and they did amazing so never come to this location

- SFSgt FredAug 1, 20261.0Saturday appointment 7 AM. They opened the doors at 705. Then made excuses to check in the pet. Sat there while more employees strolled through the door. Finally got to another room only to sit for another 20 minutes. Don't know why I'm wasting my time and money with an organization that doesn't need my business. 5 employees sitting around doing nothing while I wait in a room. Text book reply. Look at your security cameras footage. You'll find out just how abusive and lazy your employees are. But you won't.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
