  Natasha was insanely unprofessional and disturbingly rude. I had an appointment at 10:30 am. Prior to this appointment I received a text from her that if she didn’t hear from me by 9:30 she would just cancel my appointment- already odd and not the best first impression. I let her know I was running ten minutes late and she continuously texted me letting me know I would have to wait a long time then because my dog isn’t the only appointment they have- obviously i knew that and that was unnecessary. Upon arrival I asked for the late policy and let them know I was confused why I was receiving passive aggressive texts for being late. Natasha then told me “if I were at a human doctor they would just turn me away.” I asked why she is being so rude and she told me that I could go somewhere else and then asked “do I want my dog seen or not”. For a place that was “SO busy”, she had no issue standing an arguing with me at the front for 15 minutes in front of other customers and staff and then letting me know “she can refuse service for any reason whenever she wants” and then proceeded to refuse me service- as if I would allow them to touch my dog, who was better behaved than the human employee. This is just a summary of the unprofessional behavior- she then let me know very condescendingly that she is the MANAGER. The silver lining in this is that if Natasha can be the manager, any under qualified, trashy, rude, nasty individual can have a career in management at petco!

  As usual, Eden & the entire support staff were wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable, and caring towards me & my little one. Dr. Cole, also as usual, was outstanding. I had reluctantly taken my girl to emergency because Vetco is closed on Sundays. I didn’t like the vibe there & my dog became quite agitated right away. When I was told she’d have to wait at least 4 hours to be seen (meaning, in a cage & glanced at periodically until they had time for her) I left but, while I was extremely concerned for her, I knew she’d be in great hands the following morning with Dr. Cole. If he ever leaves Vetco so will we.

  Vetco in Gilbert AZ is the best vet office we have had since moving to AZ four years ago. Dr. Cole is super easy to talk to and is brilliant. He doesn't talk down to you either. He explains everything in terms I can understand. Our dog Max is going through a barrage of testing to get to the bottom of why he can't bear weight on one of his paws. Love the approach Dr. Cole is taking, by trying everything first, before rushing to a surgical option. Max is 8 and I'm happy he is taking baby steps as a solution. Dr. Cole has solved all of my dogs issues in the past and is very communicative through phone, text and in person. He is an angel and you can also see the reciprocal respect between him and his staff. Max also loves Dr. Cole who is so gentle and compassionate with him. In addition, the entire staff is so caring and helpful. They never get mad when I need to ask a ton of questions. They also follow through with texting everything down for you, so you can go back and read it. Once you go to this Vetco, you won't go anywhere else. And they have great hours to accommodate. Saved the best for last. They ALWAYS talk over price with you so you can get ready for whatever your pet needs. Thank you Dr. Cole and staff. We adore you.

  Today was my very first pet visit ever. I'm a new dog mom!!! The receptionist was truly a delight and amazing checking us in. So sorry I forgot her name. Emily was very helpful and explained everything to me in full detail. Letting me know the importance of each vaccine that my dog would need. Dr. Cole has a wealth of knowledge and very funny too. Thanks for all the help and kindness today!!

  Everyone at Vetco was warm and nice and extremely helpful. Especially, Emily. She was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience honestly.
