After giving them the details of my puppy and what our needs were, they recommended an unlimited package, where I can bring my puppy in as many times as needed a month. Ok lets schedule my first appointment. July 19 is the first available opening! Why would I pay a subscription fee to access services monthly, when you cannot get me in for 3 months. Seems like a money grab hoping people will pay the fee and then not try and use the services. So Pay $405 dollars for 3 months of service to get one appointment, how does that make sense.

We thought the price was going to be closer to $60 based on the pricing on the screen however after picking her up we’re charged over double the price we thought it would’ve been. We tried to go back in to talk with the groomers and were met with them baseically saying too bad and not know how to fix it. This was incredible untransparent and frustrating and a really poor experience. I would really like to see something done to rectify this experience.

No problem here! Our groomer Mackenzie always knows how to comfort him and get the job done. Our lab manager is very high strung. She’s nervous about everything. No problems from her when Mackenzie comes to get her, it’s like she is going with someone she knows and trusts. I would recommend this place for your babies care.
