This 5-star review really goes to Shay and the other amazing groomers at Sparkle🐾✨.
After we lost our longtime groomer, I was honestly stressed trying to figure everything out. Shay made the whole transition so much easier. She helped get us on a regular schedule, matched us with the right groomers, and was always so kind, patient, and helpful whenever I reached out.
What I appreciate most is that if there’s ever an issue or I feel overwhelmed about something, Shay takes care of it. She genuinely cares and always makes sure everything is handled so that we all leave happy.
Leo and Londyn absolutely love Shay and our groomer, Kortni. They get excited to go, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re comfortable and happy there. That kind of trust is hard to find.
Sparkle is lucky to have such an amazing team. Shay, Kortni, and everyone there truly care about the dogs, and it shows. We’re so grateful to have found them!!

I am so thankful for Kortni and Cortney's assistance for taking such great care of my crazy puppy, Pippa, with getting her nails done. I've had such a hard time finding someone who could do them, and she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you both so much! I'm so grateful to have finally found a place I can bring her. My first time taking my dog to a get a bath that wasn't in my tub or PetSmart. Did not disappoint, he is softer and better smelling than I have ever gotten him myself. It's not cheap, but it's far better than what I could do and I'll gladly pay for that.

Okay. tried to go in to make an appointment walked in no eye contact or welcome in nothing i sat in silence with my dog for 5 minutes without being acknowledged what so ever. there was someone at the front this whole time. then they ask me "for (random pet name)? " i've never been there. i said i wanted to make an appointment and she said she'd look. still hasn't even made eye contact and then she asks if im a member 5 minutes later. there's not much more to it i just decided to leave. super weird vibe and unprofessional. i don't think she even looked at my dog in the first place. the groomer room was full and i like how you can see your dog but everything looks really crammed. i was excited about going somewhere in the area but my dog isn't going to a sketchy place. it could be a decent place if had a better impression. i'm disappointed. :/
