  Lleve a mi perro, y me lo desgraciaron en su corte de pelo, lo raparon y no me preguntaron si lo podían hacer, el es peludo, y quedó rapado, todo el que lo ve me dice lo mismo y es que lo dejaron bien feo, aparte de cuando salió olía feo, el encargado de hacerlo hizo un pésimo trabajo, aparte me hicieron pagar antes de mostrarlo, 82.00 ( me cobraron por arruinarlo) quizás temían que me enojara , y para serles sincera lo que me dio fue lástima mi pobre perro. Si tengo algún derecho de dejar mi opinión, tengo que ser sincera, su servicio fue pésimo y reprochable, me hicieron sentir humillada y sin valor a pesar de que les dejé mis dólares, aparte mi perro no merecía un trabajo tan pésimo, y todavía tengo otra cita para el 29 de septiembre, la verdad me da miedo ir, y dejarlos en pésimas manos, dejo esta reseña para que cuando alguien vaya se ponga listo y no le suceda lo mismo

  I go to Petco because it is close to my house, but honestly for the last couple years, this place has been in a shambles! There is always carts of stuff sitting in the way, not able to get through alot of the aisles, often cant find things in their rightful place, lots of empty spots on the shelves, seem understaffed, and it just looks dirty. Store is not appealing at all, just a convenience for me when I can find what I am looking for.

  They have what you need but always seem to be under staffed to handle the influx of customers needs.....I need feeder fish but I have to wait almost 20 minutes most of the time before someone gets to you, and y'all need mass amounts of crickets and feeder fish for turtles....my turtle is going on 28 years and her diet is live fish, insects and processed foods in the winter

  I came in 7/30 and everything was clean, but there was hardly anything in stock. And I found no help, I’m not sure how their system works but an employee should be assisting customers.

  I have taken my elderly dog here in the past for nail trims and teeth brushing, and the service has typically been great. However, my most recent experience was highly disappointing and costly to my time. I originally booked a Monday evening bath. When I arrived, I was turned away because they needed two people to handle him due to his age—despite his senior status and hip issues already being documented in their system. Without complaint, I rescheduled for the middle of my workday the following day. When I dropped him off, the staff seemed confident, but 30 minutes later I got a call saying they couldn't complete the bath because he was too anxious and unstable. If this facility cannot handle senior or anxious dogs, that needs to be explicitly stated on the website, or vetted through an initial booking questionnaire. It is unacceptable to have clients drive over multiple times in one week just to be turned away. I ultimately had to rush to a self-service wash during my workday to do it myself. As a non-professional, I was able to support his weight and calm him down just fine, so it's disheartening that a professional shop couldn't manage. The only reason this isn't a 1-star review is that the staff is very kind, and they did not charge me for the nail trim and teeth brushing they managed to complete. Better training and booking processes need to be put into place to set proper expectations for senior dog care.
