  Words cannot express how grateful I am for the love and care my ferret received here. The whole staff went above and beyond to save her life and make her comfortable. They really are a family here. Thank you all. I will never take my pets anywhere else

  We went in just for a bordatella vaccination for our beautiful dog Tux. We didn't have to wait very long when the tech came out and got him and gave him his shot and brought him back out in no time. It was the perfect experience.

  Wonderfully kind and considerate. I loved having the Vet students there with my dog. Incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Everyone was so kind even when my pup had an accident in the lobby and were prompt to help clean and disinfect.

  Thanks for all your help all the office where very helpful. Our vet tech as well as veterinarian both were great and they explained things in a way that I can understand so I feel like knew what was going on with my bloodhound Bear on top of all that the price was very fair it didn't hurt at all Thanks for taking care of my little boy we will definitely be coming back again when in need of a veterinarian

  Sherman is a little boy in the body of a tank, hence the name. He is a Great Pyrenees and is very soft-hearted but was scared about going to the vet because he was not feeling good to begin with and the good folks at Chino Animal Hospital stepped up like family. I'm still recovering from spinal surgery and had an accident getting him into the vehicle so I certainly wasn't in a position to carry him back out. They had someone come out and lift him out of the vehicle and get him inside. Unfortunately I got injured in the process of trying to get him in the vehicle but I made sure and they made sure that he was cared for before I went to the ER. They are good people. Anybody that wants to ask me about it, can get my number from their front desk. They have my permission to give it out.
