So vet assistant May think that she’s coming across firm but she sounds kind of rude and almost accusatory of someone trying to cut in front of the line , but this focus should be getting a sign to point people in the right direction of where the vet clinic is because I was not the only one wondering around trying to find it and I can assume that a Long line indicates that that means that it’s where the vet is stationed. The veterinarian could be more friendly by at least acknowledging the customer , Not very interactive but did the job . Tgr two ladies to check in everyone very pleasant and talkative. Good customer service in professional. That was the only reason why I gave you look for other than that. I think the store is pretty clean and I think it would be beneficial for you guys to at least have maybe water stations set up for the pets the only thing clean up after their pets, I’m sure, but I have no water in the store and direct people to go to the dollar store. When you know it’s hot. It might be good to just provide water at least for the dogs for having to walk in the parking lot during a heat extreme heat warning
