  Great dog trainers, groomers, and retail experience. This Petco always has what we need in stock whether it's for our foster dogs, our pet, or my service animal. My dogs love being groomed there - they get excited when we are in the car and pull into the parking lot. The groomers do a great job! One of my dogs did some training classes here, and Maddie the trainer was great to work with. We love this convenient pet store location and will be back ongoing for more needs for our personal dogs and foster dogs we work with in our rescue.

  Customer service is good. Petco's process method is horrible. Tickets have to be submitted for cancelations which are ignored and item shipped anyway. A ticket has to be submitted for returns and shipping labels that you never receive in your email. Long wait times on the phone with Customer service for nothing. Because they ignore request. I will never purchase from Petco again.

  It's a big and well organized pet store. There's plenty of parking outside including accessible spots and the entrance doors are accessible and automatic. What was different about this store is they also have a cute section for human supplies to as well like tote bags, etc. The other sections were very well labeled and it was easy to find everything. They also have a cute cat adoption area. Cashier was welcoming and store interior was clean when I went.

  I arrived at 7:35pm and the store was closed. Google showed the store closing at 8pm on Sundays. I went back to another Petco and the employee told me all stores close at 8pm. Why was the store in Chandler AZ closed before it should've been
