Clean, polite and full of every animal product you could hope for. A little pricey though.

haha will always go inside to pick up my orders now will never do curbside!! So originally I placed an order for curbside pickup as usual, put my car information and all. However this time when it was ready for pick up there was no option to let them know I was there so I had to go in. Not an issue and I am so glad that I did because wow! Theres a guy cleaning up dog pee from the floor using those thin brown paper towels literally scooping it up. No problem, comes with the job. I walk up to the girl at the pick up counter and let them know I have a pickup and it should be in the fridge. As I order pick up every two weeks from that store I know they always tend to look in the order cabinet but it's in the back fridges so I let them know upfront. The guy proceeds to give me the third degree, talking about well what's your last name. I provided hesitantly as I have never had to provide any additional information when picking up my order. He then asks what the last four of my phone number were. again i provided just was taken aback as again have ordered at this location many times and have never gotten asked to provide this information. He proceeds to let me know it's to make sure and he walks to the back. As it loads in my brain this guy has not washed his hands or used hand sanitizer and he's about to go grab these bags of food that i in turn have to grab. I proceed to speed walk to go get him because no. I'm gonna grab the bags sir. I let him know he did not wash his hands and I do not want him touching the food. He says "okay" and should've left it at that but then goes "I mean I don't understand the problem, it's in a bag" I responded "I don't care" as i'm not gonna sit here and explain to this KID that he's gonna grab the bag that i have to grab with my bare hands and I'm sorry but I don't work at petco I did not volunteer to touch anyone else's dog pee or poop unless it's my own dogs. INSANE! At least I know to always go inside because I don't know what the situation is before they hand that food over to me.

I had to return a lot of dog food from my previous auto ship orders. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out of the transaction ln less than 5 minutes.
