  I fell in love with Bark and Love from the first moment I walked in! Great selection of products and super helpful staff. I enjoyed using the self wash area for my dog Freddy and was extremely impressed with the layout and security of the rooms, abundance of towels and fun options for the voice instructions! We will definitely be returning for the next round of treats and bath!

  I can’t say enough good things about Bark & Luv Natural Pet & Dog Wash! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Sage and Della were especially wonderful—they were so kind, patient, and attentive, and you can tell they truly love what they do. 🐾❤️ I love that you can wash your own pup while having everything you need right there. They provide the supplies, the setup makes the process so much easier, and Sage and Della are there to answer questions, offer a helping hand, or make sure you have what you need. It takes a lot of the hassle out of giving your dog a bath at home! The customer service really makes the experience stand out. Sage and Della made us feel welcome and comfortable, and I really appreciate how friendly and helpful they are. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and stress-free place to wash your pup, I definitely recommend Bark & Luv Natural Pet & Dog Wash! 🐶💕

  We have a 150lb mastiff and it’s not easy finding a place that accommodates us for baths. Our pup Bo likes going there because they always have different treats for him for bath time. We like Bark & Luv because it’s clean and everything is at a good height for us because we both have back problems. We like that they have aprons. We love the voices on the machines. They also can cut their nails if I’m not mistaken. Bo isn’t a willing participant in that adventure so we aren’t able to take advantage of that but it is available. Bo smells so good and his hair is super soft when he comes home. Whatever products they use are wonderful. They even have a spa spray if you choose to use it for extra scent. We are able to both towel dry him and use warm air so he doesn’t make a mess in my suv. The best part is that it’s only about $20. They have a buy 6 get one free program also. It keeps the mess out of our tub at home and we don’t have to lift him into the tub. He can step in this one all by himself and chooses to do so lol. If a mastiff puts the breaks on forget about it lol. They have a great toy selection. He loves the giant crunchy flamingo plush. He carries this 4 foot toy around the house like a king. He also loves the treat options there. They have all manner of proteins from rabbit to salmon so they do accommodate the pups with allergies. Long story short is that we prefer this place to the huge chains. The employees always love on him. I think he likes the attention he gets and we love the outcome after every visit. Thanks you guys!

  I originally came into Bark & Luv simply to use the self-serve dog wash for my dog, Bob. Yes, his name is Bob — all of my pets have human names! The dog wash was excellent. It was clean, easy to use, and had everything I needed. As I was leaving, Megan asked me how everything went. I told her it was great, and what started as a simple question turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a small business. She started talking with me about Bob and was clearly genuinely interested in him. She asked how he was doing overall, what I was currently feeding him, whether his diet was working well for us, and if I would be interested in learning about some of the other options and brands they carry. I said absolutely. I’m always interested in finding the best for Bob. Megan took the time to walk me through the store. We started in the kibble section, where she explained several different brands and what made them different. Then we moved to the freeze-dried foods, where she explained the difference between kibble, freeze-dried, and raw feeding. Finally, she showed me their huge frozen raw food selection and walked me through some of the different varieties. At that point I asked her, “What do you feed your own dogs?” Her answer was what really stuck with me. She explained that she feeds raw and rotates different foods and proteins from the products in her freezers. But more importantly, she told me that if she brings a food or product into Bark & Luv to sell to her customers, it has to be something she would be willing to give to her own pets. That statement turned me into a forever Bark & Luv customer. There was no pressure to buy anything. It was a conversation with someone who clearly cares about pet nutrition and the overall health and well-being of the animals whose owners trust her store. I walked into Bark & Luv thinking this would be the place I brought Bob for baths and maybe picked up an occasional treat while continuing to buy his food at Costco. Instead, Bark & Luv has become my one-stop shop. Food, treats, toys, baths — I get it all here now, and I couldn't be happier. This place is top-notch. Megan and her team truly care about the people and pets who walk through their doors, and that is becoming harder and harder to find. Do yourself and your dog a favor and go check out Bark & Luv. You will not be disappointed. Bob and I are customers for life!

  Bark & Luv is truly unlike any pet store I’ve ever been to. The store itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, organized, and you can tell how much thought and care has gone into every detail. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, and everyone is willing to jump in, answer questions, and help you find what is best for your pet. One of the things I love most about Bark & Luv is their focus on nutrition and holistic-based products. They carry so many high-quality, clean brands — some with ingredient lists so simple and clean that I joke I could eat them myself! Their selection is incredible, especially their HUGE variety of frozen raw dog food. I had no idea there were so many options available until I started shopping here. With the team's help, I transitioned my dog from kibble to a raw diet, and the difference has been incredible. Within just three months, I saw a huge change in his overall appearance, behavior, and health. His coat looks better, he seems healthier and happier, and seeing that transformation has completely changed the way I look at pet nutrition. What really sets Bark & Luv apart, though, is the people. You can tell this isn't "just a pet store" to them. The team genuinely cares about the animals and families who walk through the door, and they take the time to educate you rather than just trying to sell you something. Megan has clearly poured countless hours, passion, and hard work into Bark & Luv, and it definitely shows. She and her team are incredibly knowledgeable about pet nutrition, and they have become people my family and I genuinely trust when it comes to making nutritional choices for our pets. If you're looking for quality pet food, raw feeding options, holistic products, knowledgeable nutritional guidance, and a team that truly cares about your pets, I absolutely recommend Bark & Luv. We are so lucky to have a store like this in our community!
